Towneplace Suites by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

This hotel has become one of our favorites! The rooms are always very clean, beds are very comfy, and we love having a little kitchen. The pool is clean and the perfect temperature. Breakfast is AMAZING always a great selection. The only thing I will say needs some change is the front desk staff needs a little training, check in does not feel very welcoming at all. I have worked hotels and we were always taught to be friendly and welcome our guest. I felt rushed and under informed, I had to ask about the simplest things and they seemed very inconvenienced. Other than that everything else was great.

This hotel was great! Very convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Our room was nice & comfortable. Only issue was the filter in the coffee pot in our room was left and moldy. Breakfast was good. We will definitely come back.

We just needed a place to sleep. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. Located in a great area with shopping and restaurants 10 miles from Nashville free parking. Free breakfast.

Very little. The $100 fee to have my seven pound dog stay was the height of ridiculous charges. We couldn’t have breakfast because it started at 7:00 and we left at 6:30. The room was extremely overpriced after all the added taxes

The room was clean. Spacious and the mini kitchen was great . Shower pressure was also so good.

Our mattress sucked and the pillows were awful. The bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Toilet was dirty inside and not enough towels. There was a m&m that was there on the carpet when we arrived and asked the staff to please freshen our room. The cleaning people came with new towels but forget to clean the bathroom. Front desk was terrific.
