The property was well maintained and clean. The front desk worker went above and beyond to get my reservation straightened out when it showed no reservation from Expedia. Breakfast was okay.

The property can monopolize on the rate be because they have no real competition for accommodations for travelers. The appearance of clean is there at the exterior, however, the property (rooms) is deteriorated with worn furniture, rusting framework, heavy limescale in the shower, and appearance of mold forming in the ceiling. Rate paid definitely did not match the quality. Breakfast options very minimal. Choice brand standards definitely have not been met.

The front desk woman was extremely kind and friendly. We had an issue around 11:15pm with someone banging on our door and running away. It scared me a little since I was not familiar with the area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed in the suite, Vanity lighting was too low, Kitchen light switch was hard to find. No utensils or dishes avaliable in Kitchen, ironing board was damaged and unsafe. Everything else was great.
