The towels have stains on them. The pillows on the bed are very small so bring your own. The breakfast option are low but do able.

I needed help for my bathtub and they did what they could right away. The air conditioner was dripping water, they fixed that right away also. They are so pleasant , helpful . When I come back to Franklin I will be using this hotel .

The smell of smoke overtook EVERYTHING. Even after we purchased an air purifier to help with the smoke, it still was everywhere.

The hotel served the purpose but, this policy of telling the recently arrived guests that if they require a smokefree room it will cost at least another $8. This is SHAMEFUL..... everybody knows they don't allow smoking in hotel rooms anymore. The hotel clerk first said I had no choice because I booked with Expedia. Well, first of all it was my intension was to book this room with the property owner but it seems you're redirected to Expedia whether you like it or not. So when you get there to check in they give you this line about the extra $8 for a non-smoking room. You're pretty well stuck because you can't contact Expedia and you're tired from driving all day so you generally agree to the upcharge. Well being from New Jersey I put up a fight so the girl behind the counter gave me a reduced rate, which appeased me and made me feel better but, I just wonder, how many people would just pay the extra charge.

Our room was clean, and the whole place seemed well kept up and clean. Of particular note was the lady who checked us in. She was very helpful. She suggested places to eat and gave us other information. We were very happy with our stay.

The front-desk admin during check in was jovial, personable, good fun to talk with after a long day's motorbike ride. She also told me where I could park my bike to keep it out of the rain. Such consideration is exemplary customer service. To boot, the room was clean, recently appointed, quiet, and bed was comfortable.

Building was old and in need of updating. However the room was clean and fine for one night.

This was my first time staying at a budget hotel. This was just out of necessity needing to pull over somewhere to sleep on a road trip. Seemed like the people there tried to make it nice and the people themselves were nice but I'd never stay somewhere like that again. The room smelled like musty humid sweaty feet and I was afraid to walk around without socks or shoes on. The bed was ok but creaky as anything. Pillows were flat as pancakes but there was one fuzzy soft blanket so that was a plus in my book. The bathroom was 4/10 clean and the grout looked like it had seen things. Oh one thing that was nice was there was a big mini fridge with a freezer and there was a microwave. Breakfast was sad a combo of over-ripe bananas, hard boiled eggs, mini muffins and they had one of those diy waffle machine things. The great news is that the hotel worked for what I needed it to (just a place to crash) the bad news is I now have trust issues with hotels. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but honestly if you can't afford better, it would be ok.

Breakfast is basically just DIY waffles, and there’s not really a dining space other than a single table with a few chairs. Microwave and fridge in room. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows — but they were extremely thin. If I had it to do again, I’d bring my own. Hangers for clothing but I don’t recall an iron or ironing board. Thankfully, I had my steamer. No bag for dirty clothes. Again, thankfully I’d brought my own. Walls are thin, so I could hear children in nearby rooms and in the hallway. Thankfully, everyone quieted down at night, and it wasn’t a problem. Hotel permits smoking but my room was non-smoking and smelled clean. One of the few places in the area with interior doors (versus rooms that are open to the parking area), and I felt reasonably safe as a woman traveling alone.

Clean room with a comfortable bed.

Older facility with a homie feeling. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and linens fresh. TV and Internet and a/c worked. If you go in with remembrances of Grandma's house, you will be happy. No elevator for the 2nd floor but if you already live in a 2-story home, it's like going upstairs to bed. Enjoyed my 4-day stay.

i think they need to improve the rooms they needed painting and rooms had a smell

Nice property, very friendly and great neighborhood

Yes everything was great

Staff was fantastic and so was the lobby. The sleeping rooms are horrible. Need to be totally gutted and redone. Holes in walls, peeling paint, door not secure- locks not secure.

Love it

Everything was fine till I woke up this morning, went to the bathroom and turned the light on and there was a roach on the sink. Then asked for a late check out and they charge $10. They shouldn’t be charging anything extra if we have to kill their roaches!

Don’t know if I can say anything good about this hotel beside the location to where we was heading to. I had two room under my name and pretty sure I wouldn’t stay in either one of them again. They were both dirty, doesn’t look like the carpet had been cleaned or vacuumed in days. Hair is the beds, on the shower wall. The desk in my room was about to fall apart, the deadbolt in the other room didn’t work and my mom said she saw roaches in the shower. The walls were so dirty, that they shouldn’t be touched, and the shower heads, oh boy let’s not start on that. Well enough was said here that this had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
