Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice hotel good location updated clean and quiet B+ on the breakfast. Everything was good. Enjoyed my stay Wood rent there again.

This was a very conveniently located hotel with clean rooms, soft beds, a hot shower that doesn’t spray all over the bathroom floor, and an ample breakfast. There is an excellent Indian restaurant and a Panera Bread right behind the hotel, and it’s quick to get to Valley Forge.

Our King Suite was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was average. A big negative was very poor TV reception on multiple channels throughout the four- stay.

Great location. Breakfast was great too. Omelet, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with cereal and a variety of beverages. Can’t think of anything.

She agreed and said room 401 down at end of hall. Great. We went to our family event and returned after 11 pm.. got in bed exhausted.. we were kept awake all night from the incredibly loud screeching noise coming from the air conditioning. .. I even put in ear plugs.. we would have tried to change rooms if my son wasn’t sound asleep.. when I reported this in the morning to Karen… she replied that she couldn’t do anything about it now because we didn’t complain and try to move rooms in middle of night.. I asked for the manager at this point.. and she replied that she is the manager.. wow.. I really must say that the customer service is really horrible and not once was there an ounce of empathy or compassion or even an apology for what we had to endure. We will never go to another Holiday Inn . It’s a shame .. if Karen just showed an ounce of compassion or care.. it all could have been a better outcome. Very disappointed customer

We have stayed here several times. It is immaculate; the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is generous and dining area is friendly and spotless. Check-in was a little slow this time but all went well. Will return again. Always a good choice and location.
