Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Philadelphia Malvern Swedesford Rd. PA

Room was clean, clean sheets, but hallways dirty, no paper cups in room for tea or coffee. Key card had trouble opening door more than three times before I had to request another card. WiFi very weak. I was unable to surf internet or get email on my computer. Price way too high for the quality of the stay. I'll never stay there again.

Close to work:comfortable &good value. The staff was nice&it was well managed&maintained. The WiFi connection was spotty.

Bad

No staff was on when we got there had to wait a hour for staff to come. Then got into the room and cleanse was bad bedsheets did not look like they were change. Roaches in the rooms trash in the hallways. Key kept needing to be replaced stopped working after one use.

Amit at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He made my stay pleasant.

I saw 1 cockroach in my bathroom, rest was good

There was an added cost of 10$ for cleaning rooms that took me off guard. There was NO breakfast included. The room had a kitchen but NO plates or forks or cups. The hallway smelled all three days (although the room did not). The carpet was very worn and dirty in the hallway. The tub was slow to drain. A light switch did not work. I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

The person I checked in with was great and the room was clean. However, there was a previous persons food still left in the fridge about six hours after I checked in another employee who wasn’t wearing anything that let me know he was an employee banged on my door and told me that I wasn’t supposed to be there that that room was marked as empty. I had to go downstairs with him and give him my ID and once he looked it up, everything was fine so I’m not sure why that had to happen when I went back upstairs. My card to my room didn’t work. I called him. I had to wait. He did bring me another card. I went out again a little bit later and found the same issue when I tried to get back in my room my card didn’t work and the it just smelled like smoke. I don’t know if other rooms are allowed to smoke and you can like smell it across. I’m not sure, but it was hard to get any type of clean air even in the room. The elevator was out of service. And it’s a shame because I was looking for a place I could stay once or twice a month close to work and I was hoping this was it but it’s not.

The towels were thread bare, stained and the hems were all frayed. One of the comforters had a cigarette burn in it. The front doors were broken and we had to pry them open to get out. There was a dog that was barking in the hallway several times over the 3 nights we stayed. There were huge stains in the carpets in the hallway. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The lamination on all of the cupboards (kitchen and bathroom) were peeling. There were no amenities that we could see(ice machine, pool)

How close it was The fire alarm and bathroom had a soap from previous guest in the shower and someone shirt was under the bed

Clean room monus spider webbs. Very helpful staff, but no one on duty at desk in morning. parking ok, did not need or us the kitchen.

Bad

Sketchy people hanging out. Dirty rugs lobby, halls. Full trash bags in hallway all night. Kitchen cabinets wonky. Check in didn't mention extra $10 fee. Not impressed

Room was a decent size. Room was moderately cleaned. Found dirt/dust and small bugs a couple times. The pull out couch was filthy. Had food crumbs and stains all over it! So my boyfriend had to sleep on the couch side instead. Bed was comfy and sheets seemed clean. Pillowcases on main bed were whitish overall. The extra pillows that were set on top of closet space’s shelf had hair on them and was yellowish though! Very gross! Parking was ok. One male staff member was nice but a bit intrusive with questioning. The other staff member did not even acknowledge or greet me. Looked like she had an attitude. Will not be returning to this hotel and my boyfriend made a complaint.

Then I canceled my reservation and they've kept the money. Wouldn't atay here for free lots of shady going on there BUYER BEWARE

Excellent service. Awesome room

Bad

I checked right back out 5 mins later faster checking in because the place was in such bad condition. No way I could let my family sleep there. It was atrocious!! Bugs and smelled like a pack of cigarettes.

Excellent stuff and clean

Location was good. The noise from some of the guests and the weed smell is getting from time to time. One guest was yelling at 5am outside in the parking lot then came back inside and continued yelling. Very irritating. The sofa did not pull out into a bed as it was broken.
