Not bad.

The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and well maintained. Complementary breakfast was better than expected. Great stay overall.

Batteries in my door needed to be replaced and Front staff person was aggressive and seemed to not want to help.

We had to complain and even leave trash cans in hallway for them to get emptied. We had to stop a maid in hallway and ask for fresh towels as well.

We had a great stay. Amazing staff and good hot breakfast. Rooms are pretty clean.

Room was quiet and comfortable, if a little small. Air conditioning unit smelled a little musty when it was on. Hotel is well situated for downtown Frederick sites and a good choice for a few-night stay.

Front desk staff were professional and courteous. Although there were a few annoying children, I could not hear them in my room. The area was safe, clean, and had a really nice grocery store within walking distance. I ordered a pizza from PH, and it only took 5 min to go get it. So yea, nice place.

We stayed one night at this hotel, which we found to be centrally located, clean, good staff, excellent choices for breakfast, and comfortable bedding.
