Get to breakfast early

Power went out for about 3 maybe 4 hours HOT HOT HOT in rooms... Internet was not working the entire stay.... So, that meant NO TV as well... No shower curtain No stopper for tub No blowdryer.... Like SERIOUSLY Marriott knew they were having outages with internet so why wouldn't Marriott disclose that information so that THEY COULD GIVING PAYING CUSTOMERS AN OPTION ON WHETHER THEY WANTED TO BOOK OR NOT.....???? HAD INFO BEEN GIVING TO ME PRIOR BEFORE BOOKING CAUSE MARRIOTT ALREADY KNEW THEY WERE HAVING THESE OUTAGES I COULD HAVE BOOK ANOTHER STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE... ALL THOSE THINGS MENTIONED ABOVE WAS JUST TOO MUCH UGH.... OH AND LET'S NOT FORGET POOL WAS CLOSE ONE DAY TOO

Upon arrival the computers were down. I waited for the front desk to figure out my already paid for room. As computers were down I advised on my preferred room type(Mountain View, away from elevators and vending. The first room I was given smelled as if a vacuum cleaner bag exploded. After waiting for another room I was given exactly what I said I didn’t want while being told “we’ll see what we can do..” mind you 15 cars at best in the parking lot. After finally getting myself and 2 yr old daughter in a room I took her to the indoor pool which was so cold she started to cry. Needless to say we finally laid down to bed where the sheets smelled like mildew. Upon waking up the power was cut off for 2 hours. I’ve now called 5 times leaving a message for the manager with Derek and have yet to receive a call back. The hold message is service driven lol. I would like my money returned asap as this was no act of god but a failure to provide service on many levels. Oh and I’ve stayed here about 10 times and never had issues like this…

Great room. Perfect location.

Staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast could have run a little later.

Property nice however I wasn't told about the rooftop upon check-in. Very disappointed to learn after Checkout only by over hearing.

There is no downstairs bar that is shown in the photos. There is a top level bar but it only opens on wends to sat. There is no restaurant or food. There were some disorderly people in the hallways at 3am.

The o really stay was excellent.

Reception was ok, but the room we stayed in was unnecessarily cluttered with a desk screen that make room feel much smaller.

Place for very clean and the people were very nice I will definitely go back

I did not care for the motion sensitive HVAC. When we left the room, the AC shutoff. It was a very hot day and getting and keeping the room at the set temp was not ideal.
