SpringHill Suites by Marriott Frederick

Under staffed in evenings. I was over charged. Staff didn’t show up and people couldn’t check into their rooms because no one worked there at night. Our room would not cool below 78. No maid service in four days but I did the cleaning. Breakfast not well stocked and a problem due to no employees.

Nice hotel. Business travel sufficient. Nice on the inside.

Very nice and clean

The property was great, it was clean, the staff was friendly and professional, breakfast options were fantastic for a dairy free/gluten free diet, and the room setup was perfect for a working or non working visit.

Front desk was training a staff member, who was doing their best but probably slowed down our checkin a little bit. Breakfast lounge desperately needed more help. Fruit seemed impossible to keep supplied. And I was told the milk delivery for the day hadn’t arrived. Bummer. The pool was refreshing during this heat wave.

The staff and cleanliness. and out standing service. The rooms are very nice looking. No dislike at all.

Clean, modern hotel near the highway and a Sheetz that makes visiting my best friend in Fredrick even more pleasant and easy.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good

One negative note: the EV charging unit was difficult to use and expensive. Tesla drivers will likely find it much easier to just scout out a nearby supercharger. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and look forward to staying at SpringHill again.

Also, the room next to mine had an alarm going off at 4 in the morning with no one in the room. Come on!

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, plenty of towels, complimentary chips Pool was filled with *hot * water- that would be nice in winter, but in summer it was less than refreshing

We arrived late and the staff was great. We were checked in quickly. The room was Spacious, with a huge bathroom and a walk in closet. The entire place was clean. The a/c worked but could have worked “better”. The free breakfast was Great…with good food and a clean space.

The exercise room was well maintained and had plenty of equipment to use. Breakfast was well rounded and generous. The hotel itself was clean and very quiet. I will definitely stay here again!

Even amid a new cloud based reservation system— launched at 9 am the day of our arrival—- the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in after an overnight long-haul flight. Great breakfast (individual frittatas, sausage, waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, great coffee, etc). Would absolutely stay here again!

Property was beautifully maintained. Room was spacious & clean. Staff was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
