Somewhat noisy at night in the parking lot out back. there should be night light by the bathroom rather than keeping one of the bathroom lights on.

I am a repeat customer, who did not have a good experience this stay due to Jennifer the manager. When I realized I needed to leave earlier than planned, I immediately spoke with Markale at the front desk. She was understanding and as accommodating as possible. I asked about a refund for the unused night and was directed to contact Hotels.com because I booked through them. I spoke with Fatear at Hotels.com, who was kind and helpful. I was informed that Hotels.com could assist by contacting hotel management, but the final decision rested with the onsite manager. I then spoke with Jennifer, the onsite manager, who stated that the hotel would not refund the unused night because of its policy. I also asked whether I could receive hotel points or a credit, but she declined. When I asked if that was her final decision, she said yes with a smile. Although the front-desk associate and Hotels.com representative were helpful, I felt the response from management lacked compassion and customer service. I am rating this location 3 Stars. I hope SpringHill Suites Corporate will review my experience and consider my request individually rather than relying solely on a standard policy. Additionally, the receipt emailed to me listed the wrong room number, 102 my stay was room 209.

The hotel was nice, clean, no issues except the pool was freezing. Too cold to swim in!

The staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and spacious. And my kids really wanted to swim in the morning and they opened the pool early for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and lovely suite with great pillows and bef

If you are a fan of Pepsi products ( the reason I became a Bonvoy member), forget it. They now use only Coke products. The breakfast was so-so. I have had better at other hotels of the same brand. On the good side, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient to everything.

Slept well, clean environment, good check in staff. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff were smiles. Being away from my wife.

Breakfast. Good variety of food and drink. Location. Great location for us with easy access to US 15. In all our travels, this time included, pillows always seem to be inadequate. The sofa was not comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and they offered us points for the issue with room selection and the TV.

Staff was great and property was clean Location for me

The property and the rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful and answered all questions. Only reason I would give 4/5 starts was because of the room set up. With the bathroom door being a large sliding barn door with a large window that was frosted slightly. The main issue was in the middle of the night or early morning, if someone takes a shower or goes to the restroom, the light from the bathroom fills the room and easily wakes people up.
