Beautiful hotel

It was what we expected from a mid-range hotel. Great room. Clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was ok but it was over at 9:30 with much of the selection gone by the time we got there a little after 9. No bagel left and dried out egg remnants. Feel like it should go to at least 10 and the full selection should still be fresh and available. We are retired so we're not getting up at 6 and down there by 6:30 or 7 to get to work. We paid the same price as everybody else.

Breakfast was much better in other hotels. The teaster was a problem, the hot food was cold and we had to ask for any breads etc. More foodaaaaaaaaaaaaand the food should be warm/

Room was great. Tony, well planned, with the extra space and amenities of a suite. Modern and well thought out.

Housekeeping did not refresh our room until we went to front desk, and they didn’t replenish coffee and cups for coffee. Also, they did not speak English, so it was impossible to communicate with them.

Lovely comfortable, clean, roomy room! Good breakfast with lots of choices. Pool small, clean and had towels accessible there.

We came down with 2 young kids and was told was 10 min wait till more food came out. We ended up just leaving because kids very hungry. That was only negative aspect of our stay. Kids loved room and pool and loved going next door to get snacks! More timely restocking of breakfast items so guests don't have to wait long.

Clean safe bar upstairs on the sixth floor was fun for the game always might go to one in Frederick.

Beautiful spacious room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the quality of the restaurant.

Somewhat noisy at night in the parking lot out back. there should be night light by the bathroom rather than keeping one of the bathroom lights on.

I am a repeat customer, who did not have a good experience this stay due to Jennifer the manager. When I realized I needed to leave earlier than planned, I immediately spoke with Markale at the front desk. She was understanding and as accommodating as possible. I asked about a refund for the unused night and was directed to contact Hotels.com because I booked through them. I spoke with Fatear at Hotels.com, who was kind and helpful. I was informed that Hotels.com could assist by contacting hotel management, but the final decision rested with the onsite manager. I then spoke with Jennifer, the onsite manager, who stated that the hotel would not refund the unused night because of its policy. I also asked whether I could receive hotel points or a credit, but she declined. When I asked if that was her final decision, she said yes with a smile. Although the front-desk associate and Hotels.com representative were helpful, I felt the response from management lacked compassion and customer service. I am rating this location 3 Stars. I hope SpringHill Suites Corporate will review my experience and consider my request individually rather than relying solely on a standard policy. Additionally, the receipt emailed to me listed the wrong room number, 102 my stay was room 209.
