Good place quick stay

Price and convenient! The place was dirty! The floors weren’t vacuumed and cleaned! There was toilet paper behind the toilet! The toilet had mold! We asked for a smoke free room! Some one smoked in the room! The beds were good! The chair in the room was filthy!

Nothing Staff wasn't helpful, bugs were in my room and bed, noisy, staff seemed agitated when addressing the bugs, didn't let me switch my room.

Having some more lighting in the room would be helpful. With the drapes pulled, it's like a dungeon. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Very noisy. Late night party going on with several Mexican hanging outside a room at the adjacent Knights Inn that could be heard clearly in my room. At 5:30 heard several women yelling in the parking lot for about an hour. Hotel is run-down. Front Desk clerk did let me check in 1 hour early and granted my request for a lower floor room, I do appreciate that.

I know I reserved a non smoking room, on the Expedia website. The rude clerk gave me a smoking room. When I asked him for the non smoking room, he wanted to upcharge me. When I asked to cancel the room because it smelled like an ashtray. His reply, what do expect if you rented the smoking room. Hair was all over the bathroom. Please find a better hotel for your money.

Nothing Everything was dirty. There was a half smoked cigarette in the drawers, a dead bugs all in the room. OLD beer bottle caps on the floor underneath the bed. And the mattresses were filthy and looked kind of blood stain stained. It was horrible.

We had an issue with roaches in our room.

Breakfast was a a little disappointing. It eould have been nice to have regular scrambled eggs instead of an egg white with peppers. Also, who serves breakfast with no bacon? Cmon, do better

The 1st room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. We were moved to another room. This room smelled great, BUT had cockroaches.

Used comforter had stains . Hair in shower that was not mine. I paid for non smoking room and room smelled like tobacco. First assigned room did not have towels sheets or toilet paper. Room 131 then move to smoke smelling room 136

Room was clean and staff was Great but there was no pool nor where there toiletries like it said there would be but all and all it was fine

Nothing Very dirty hotel everything is worn out and the couch there is extremely dirty. The receptionist there has no manners at all. The rooms smells like trash.

Front desk was very rude and inconsiderate. He seems to be a self as decent as English and accent was so bad. I tried to explain to him. I need a little help. I need to check in a bit early, but he couldn’t let me in even though other room was vacant and available, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone. 441 Hotel was filthy and smells all over. Customer Service has zero experience.
