Royal Inn Motel

You definitely get what you pay for. The room smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in. The bed sheets had some stains.

This property was not maintained, our toilet was loose, we asked for pillows and a towel and none were given. We had to use our towel from home. The towels had stains and the floors were dirty. The beds were comfortable and clean and bedding was nice. I

Good space

Spacious rooms and very clean.

Room was clean and perfect for just an overnight stay.

For the price, could not ask for better. Obviously, it’s an older motel, nothing fancy. But the furniture was relatively new, sink and shower had clearly been replaced somewhat recently. Someone is doing a good job keeping up with this older property. And my room was absolutely spotless. Will definitely stay here again when I need a quick overnight stop.

Room number 12 smells bad from cigarette smoke. There was no soap in the room. The walls were paper thin. Other than that it was a cheap motel that was okay to get enough sleep to keep driving again. No better than a 5/10 idk what these other reviews are talking about.

Room was clean, close to businesses, even the grounds were in really nice shape.

Clean/basic room friendly desk person

Everything was fine with the property and the value, but oh my God the smoky smell in the non-smoking rooms was overpowering. Check your room first because my non-smoking room smelled just like a smoking room.

Perfect for one night

Staff was friendly and room had a movable table that we found to be very helpful. Parking was quite sufficient eith easy access from main road.

I've booked here multiple times, its a great price for a room to crash in after a night out. The staff is always friendly, and its a quick check in. I would tell my friends from out of town to stay at this hotel over some of the more pricey ones, if you just need a bed microwave mini fridge and some coffee, this will meet your needs. There was a noisy room upstairs. I believe a kid was up there. It was no big deal though. They didnt make noise at night. Other than that everything was up to standard.

Good location, value. Good basic amenities.

The place was clean, parking was right in front of my door, bed was comfortable, thought the unit was nice. I'm only there for 8 hours, just to sleep before the final leg of a 1500 mile trip. Will stay again. The only issue is that the microwave door goes into lockdown after cooking. The only way to get the door open after cooking is to pull the plug.

Comfortable bed and everything was clean No hand rails in bath tub for handicap people
