Bed is comfortable Smelly rooms, noisy place

Rooms don't have outside access. Every entry had to be through lobby. Main hallway had a very bad odor including but not limited to cigarette smoke. Room also had odor & not very clean.

The entire place stank of cigarettes, the room was worse. Active leak on 2nd floor at entry. building exit door key card readers didn’t work; huge problem especially during in climate weather. the shower door leaked badly which caused a mess to clean up. Really enjoyed working while I should have been resting. The TV was tiny and the volume was controlled so you couldn’t hear it but you could hear all the loud people and their crying/screaming kids. Staff was nice enough but I think they could use a designated smoke area and not use the front entry. The room was somewhat clean but was really dated and could use new flooring. Exterior was in need of repair as well.

pillows small and hard. No bathtub. One window had a white, paint-like substance on it. Room 236. only two floors, but no elevator. It may be an issue for some people. Check in all the way at one end of the building, a very long hallway upstairs to our room.

The other thing is in the three days that I stayed there no one cleaning the room once. I can't say that the staff was pleasant and a continental breakfast was fulfilling and suitable

The bed. Everything else was awful. Creepy men that smoke outside staring at my wife because they’re jobless and have nothing better to do. It reeks of cigarettes and smoke. The floor was filthy, and lighting was very dim. Carpets are stained and smelly. The shower door had nails sticking out from the top and loose screws that could’ve fallen. It was hot and the ac did not work. I would stay if I had absolutely no other choice but lucky for me, I do. The staff were on their phones constantly, talking as loud as they can.

This hotel was poorly taken care of 10/10 would NOT recommend! We took our kids there on our way to vacation and got in to the room late. There was a roach that ran across the desk as soon as we walked in and turned the lights on. There was mold on the ceiling, the smoke detector was literally missing just the exposed wires was present, the floors were unswept and disgusting (toe nails in the corner, food wrappers, etc.), there were gnats in the fridge, Ethernet boxes with no cover plate, and it smelled like mold. This disgusting mess wasn’t worth saving money on a more expensive hotel; if it wasn’t for how late it was with young kids I would’ve left and demanded a refund.

A lot of access to surrounding businesses It was good for the price. No real complaints
