The property was in such poor condition, most items, broken and filthy throughout, it should not even be rented any longer

This property makes the top 5 WORST Hotels.com stays I've had in 20 years. It was truly a dirty, filthy Sh*t-hole. Just a few of the amenities .... I smelled rotten trash, pot smoke and a natural gas leak. The owner operator should be ashamed

The other thing was the bathroom exhaust fan. If turned on more than 30 seconds it had a high pitched metal on metal sound. I appreciate that they are doing improvements but don't rent the rooms that will be around the noise or warm the guests.

Good area nice room Nothing everything was good

When I got to the front desk, she had a customer having problems checking in. She asked me to wait and would be with me as soon as she could. Within minutes, she saw it was going to take longer so she jumped over and checked me in. Very polite to me and the customer having a situation. She also answered all my questions. Look forward to my return when I'm back in this area.

The location was the only decent thing about it Everything. Was dirty and I saw multiple roaches

The rooms are clean, but they are renovating outside, and you have to move your car; otherwise, material and water from the work might fall on it.

It was clean They advertised a continental breakfast but it was coffee and a granola bar

The TV’s did not work in either room . The lamp shades were all cracked and bent in 1 of the rooms… appearing as though there was a definite fight in our room. The bathroom tile was very patched with excessive calking in several areas . The “breakfast “ was the worst coffee I ever had & a granola bar

However, the front desk clerk was lovely, I had made an error in booking and she fixed it promptly. The room was clean (barring the upholstered chair that we just didn't use). This was an emergency over-night stay and I just wanted a clean bed and bathroom and that is exactly what this was. So this hotel is fine if you understand you are booking a Super8. Within the hotel's control- the room came with an upholstered chair that was badly stained. Honestly, just don't use fabric in this setting. A leather or faux leather chair could be wiped down and present better. Out of the hotel's control was the loudest neighboring room in the history of hotel stays. They stood on the sidewalk in front of the doors and talked, watched videos on their phones, shouted. At 2 am I gave up on turning the AC lower and lower to keep it on, and yelled at them. It was quiet after that. What this does tell me is that there is no security or monitoring of the premises overnight.

Sheets next door Wash clothes and towels were dirty, had bed bugs, and had a weird odor

The price only Dirty room. Construction dust all over the room. Arm chair was disgusting with stains. Lampshades dirty and stained

Bathroom breakfast not included

It is very close to my daughter’s home and very close to I-95.

Check in was amazing because we've booked the wrong Super 8 Hotel in another country.
