Housekeeping did not clean my room for my entire six day stay I had to end up going to the front desk to get the room tidied up when the second day when they didn’t pick up the trash, I put it out the door, but then during days of my stay, I forgot to pick up the trash outside the room. I noticed they hadn’t come to the room at all to refresh anything. The front desk staff is amazing. Housekeeping also stole something I left in the closet because when I asked about Lost and Found, they said that nothing had been turned in, but it was two outfits that had left in there and I knew I left them.

Tito did an incredible job getting us checked in… there was a mess up through Expedia, I tried reaching out and couldn’t contact a human person, I just kept getting automated messages. Tito got right through and was able to talk with a representative and get the message up fixed for us. Then above and beyond, a second room camera needs through and it was the one we had actually booked, he helped move us to the bigger room. Thank you Tito for helping, what had already been a few stressful days in our life, was made a bit easier.

The hasn't been vacuumed in years. We found all sorts of nasty stuff on the floor (rotting fruits, dust, trash and splatter). The sheets had hairs all over and all of the bedding is polyester. Asked for a blanket/comforter for the poll-out sofa and they said "no" because she will get fired for giving it out. The bathroom doesn't have a vent, so the ceiling is peeling. Gross smell in the hallways

We needed this stop to break up a long trip. The location was great, staff was very nice, the room was clean, and there were places to eat nearby. We'd stay again for sure. Nothing here. It was all good.
