When I called to dispute they said that because the AI sensor picked up heat that they don’t need any proof because it “smelled like weed” . Absolute TOTAL farce…We did NOT smoke in that room, we didn’t light a candle we did not cook. We went to bed and left by 9am. When we checked out they did not confront us about it. They just said “you’re all set. Have a good day”. I didn’t get any paperwork from this hotel NOR were there signs posted regarding this type of detector. They were so nice in person and then immediately were so nasty over the phone when I called to complain. You can tell they do this all of the time. They had a whole speech ready to go as soon as I mentioned it. Im fighting this to get my money back and warning everyone about this new A.i. scam

The stopper in the tub did not work (stay up) so water did not drain. The sink was clogged/slow draining and the toilet bowl seat was loose.

I had to do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeeping came knocking and then the supervisor came knocking they need to have a little more dignity when they no disturb sign is on the door went downstairs and then the manager was a little over up please check your staff

Breakfast was very good . Hot and large selection. Very clean in breakfast area. Not as true for our room . They apparently did not run sweeper in our room . There was a toe nail clipping on carpet in the main walk way and fuss in spots. Bathroom mirror was all streaked , look like someone used a towel to wipe a steamed up mirror. I will say the bed was a dream . Also they haven’t used a nozzle to sweep all dust around edge of entire room . Wasn’t pleased for money spent . Staff was very friendly 😊

Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was nice in the morning. The staff was very friendly and it was very affordable

Room could have been cleaner. Stayed here 2 years ago and now it seems more run down. But, overall still a good location and value for a one night stay
