Nice clean place

The customer service we received was outstanding. We had issues with the room and had to change rooms. The property and building is under renovation. The building exterior is newly painted. The rooms have their challenges but the floor and toilets were new and clean. Lots of bumps and bruises from it's previous life. It's cheap enough for a quick stop overnight. It was clean and bedding was acceptable. Cable tv, simple coffee pot, a few towels and no tissues. The staff could not due enough to make sure it was an acceptable stay which made all the difference between leaving and a scathing review. A no frills motel with an Ihop within walking distance. I was disappointed that it was a Wyndham, I did expect more. But it was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

Disappointing

Arrived to the room. Tired and worn. T.V. did NOT work! It would turn on and off and that was it. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Went to the front desk. She gave us another remote that was new. We put batteries in and it still did not work. She asked what room we were in and never showed or resolved the problem! I guess the new remote she gave us was a Universal remote so she must have expected us to program it. It was to late and we just used our phones for entertainment. I would like some money back for a room with no phone (I called the 800 number and no answer) and a T.V. that did not work! Miserable!

Water temp and pressure were good, and there was a very large sink area. Quiet even though it's very close to 95.

The beds were comfortable, and they changed our room right away when we realized our booking wasn't right. The staff was very nice. The shower had a bit of mold in it. The refrigerator in our room didnt work very well.

Almost everything! My room was given away to another guest and after I was given another room, the clerk went to check it for cleanliness and returned to tell me that the room was fine. I went in and the sink/countertop was disgusting. It appeared to have dried up saliva and toothpaste and some sticky & greasy substance. There was no one available to clean it so I was given another room upstairs which was painful due to my disabilities. I was offered a 10% discount which I accepted because th e re were no other accommodating hotels nearby. For all of that aggravation, and the fact that housekeeping came t he following morning & proceeded to enter while I was not dressed! I feel that the room should've been complimentary. I hope that you do better in the future for other guests.

The location was easy to access. It was filthy (beyond a doubt, the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in) and the staff were not friendly.
