The hotel is right out of I95. The room was great and the bed as well. We did not book breakfast but there is a McDonald few minutes by car. The hptel has arestaurant but we did not eat there. Great hotel. Nothing.

The room itself was great. One of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, and I spend a lot of time in hotels! A large comfortable room in general, loved having a Keurig in the room! Lots of restaurants/fast food around, Target, etc. Quick trip into Fredericksburg. Unfortunately, this was also one of THE noisiest hotels I’ve ever experienced. The guests in general were loud, but I quickly discovered the real issue when I turned off the lights at night… and there was way too much light from the door. Turns out there was a HUGE gap under the door, I could actually stick my entire hand under it, out into the hall!! The next day, I checked, and sure enough, every door on the second floor was cut incorrectly. So even with your door shut, you heard all the noise from the hall! And just to top it off, I was put in a room with an adjoining door - at 7am the next morning, I had to listen to a very loud conversation by the couple next door where I could hear every word. It’s really a shame the basic structure of the hotel was built so cheaply as the room itself was very comfortable. I made it work, but would not choose it again because of the noise level.

The staff is on point in this hotel, of that there is not doubt! Even the cafe staff is pleasant, and very kind! Food was decent! A big thanks to the cleaning crew as well! My room was very clean! My biggest complaint is I paid for a handicap accessible king suite and was charged for such and instead was given an accessible queen room with the bed 3 ft tall at least to my waist if not higher. I was forced to pull the sheets and myself just to get into bed! It was terrifying. As someone in a wheelchair my accommodations were not met and I should have complained but I was out of options due to it being the weekend. My other almost fall/ nightmare was the roll in shower was blocked by a counter in the bathroom and very narrow pathways for a wheelchair. Mine is on the smaller side so I can only imagine other folks in my circumstances experience at this hotel. I have to say I am very disappointed with the design here.. they could at least lowered the bed. At any rate, I made the staff aware and was not compensated for the difference in the room I paid for vs. what I received. 3 stars

We first had a few minor problems with the room but when we got upgraded to the suite we had a fantastic time

This hotel does not feature conference hotel amenities. Tiny bar. No real restaurant, Front desk doesn't have a map for sightseeing. Front desk does not really have any information about nearby restaurants.

Colleen & Ashley were outstanding. Very professional and Very Friendly. They were like family. They made us feel like they were our sisters. You have 2 fantastic women, so don't let them go. This is the first time we felt like we were part of the place. We love those 2. Nothing.

Most importantly it was very clean. No wifi service. Could not connect any streaming services such as Netflix with our phone to the TV. No complimentary continental breakfast. All food was by order and had to be purchased. That is a nice feature to offer but a simple grab and go would be helpful.
