The hotel was ok. It was good for a 1 night stay from traveling. The room 343, was run down, paint chips and gunk in the shower. So much so, my kids opted to shower at the next hotel. There was a small hole in the wall next to the bed. The room definitely needed to be renovated. I felt it was a lot of money for something that felt more like a 2-star room. The beds were comfortable and that is really all that mattered to me at the time. The hotel front doors were broken when we arrived, so we had to slide them open and close manually. The lobby staff was very friendly. The parking was plentiful. This was just not a place that I would expect from the Hilton brand.

The staff at the Hotel were very nice, my reversation was for a weekend starting Friday coming from out of time i called to let them know I wouldn't arrive till after 3AM, was told due to auditing might be an issue but the manager state no worries we will accommodate you and they did

My husband and I stayed last year and this year for Holy Convocation. We refuse to stay anywhere else because the rooms are so clean and the staff is amazing. We look forward to staying again next year.

Amazing staff at this property. Had a minor issue in the bathroom and it was handled quickly.

An oddity for me ,was the breakfast to order & pay, no breakfast included with stay at this facility, different by comparison to other IHG facilities .
