Jasmine was very friendly and efficient.

Front desk has no idea how to do 3rd party / direct pay. Very frustrating. Internet is very bad, and over priced. Recommend the Hampton next door. (I’m a diamond elite) didn’t get my points or check in points. Room was very clean, although several outlets were not working…. (By the bed where you would charge your phone)

We just stayed on our way to Chicago. Got in after 1am. Staff was very nice and got us checked in quickly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast on the way out.

Typical Holiday Express. Room was good nothing special. Breakfast was good and included. Again nothing special but if you’ve stayed at an Express you know what to expect. It’s not a Bob Evan’s or Denny’s but a decent selection of food and beverages. We asked the cleaning staff to make up the room and left $20 on the bed for their tip. They did give us new towels and left the tip on the bed and didn’t make up the room. I guess you have to ask at the front desk for that service. Pool looked inviting but we didn’t use it. I would stay here again .

However, when we arrived at 3:56 a.m., the front desk staff informed us that our reservation had been canceled because we had not arrived. This was completely unexpected, especially since we had already provided our estimated arrival time and relied on the information on your website. The front desk employee told us there was nothing he could do and that we would have to wait until 6:00 a.m. to speak with his manager about a refund. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled. We followed the information provided during booking, yet we were left without a room in the middle of the night. We respectfully request a full refund and an explanation of why our reservation was canceled despite our stated arrival time and your advertised 24-hour front desk service.

room was large and bed comfortable but bathroom could use a deep clean. splatter on the bathroom mirror, little kid hand prints on the room mirror. pink mold in shower an hairs built up in corner of bathroom.

The room was filthy. It smelled like mildew. I had to send my boyfriend to Walmart to get bleach to clean the molding filthy bathtub. If there had been anywhere else I would have went somewhere else. Don’t stay here if you can help it.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were great. The bathroom was clean and roomy (for a hotel bathroom). Breakfast was good (coffee was great) with a variety of options, and the staff was very friendly. The outside of the building needs attention. It was overgrown with weeds, which gives the impression that the building is not being maintained. The hotel is a non-smoking environment, which is important to us, but as a result, many people smoke outside the lobby door leaving a mess of cigarette butts everywhere. Some provision needs to be made for your customers that smoke. Finally, the paver stones at the entrance, while attractive, are difficult to move your luggage over. Finally, the toilets need to be taller. They are difficult for older people and when a man has to sit, parts of him are in the water-ENOUGH SAID.
