Clean and confortable Road to hotel was flooded...had to find a back way in. Breakfast was not so great. Stick to the muffins, bagels and cereal

One thing that was ideal was the pool. The water seemed a little cloudy and thrrr was sand on the bottom - which seemed odd. We all made sure to shower after and survived - so it wasn’t a huge deal ; )

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool was sandy and cloudy. There was a really strong smell of chlorine.

The beds & pillows very comfortable. But the sheets were so slick they were hard to keep in place at night. Great location and decent breakfast.

The hotel was in a very good location, close enough to all that we wanted to do but away from all the noise of the traffic. The staff was excellent, very courteous and friendly. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The only two things we didn’t like were, the pillows were not comfortable at all. Could not sleep very well. Plus the shower head and water pressure could definitely use an upgrade !!

The breakfast items were cold. Not much of a selection. Many rooms were empty on our floor but we were located almost as far away from the elevator as possible. Very inconvenient. The fan in the bathroom was not working at all. Steamy was no fun.

Charged twice for my stay, which was already paid for through Expedia. Went to desk4 times. Called next day. Still no help.

Customer service were all very courteous & were all great. Property was ideal and neat.

The room and breakfast was great. My only complaint was the pool was very cloudy and the pumps weren’t working properly. Overall the hotel was satisfactory.

Beautiful new building and property. Staff were friendly and helpful. The sundries were affordable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was well maintained. The pool was perfect on a day too hot to swim outside.
