very good breakfast. The hair dryer didn't work, and the staff was helpful in finding another one for us.

I enjoyed the pool but it was very hot in there, almost hard to breath. More chairs would be nice. Bring back the hot tub or make the missing hot tub space an adult pool. Their breakfast needs to change. Sausage every day is awful. Especially when I don't eat it. More ammenities like a tennis quart or a small kiddie park could be nice.

Well when we got there gave a room that smelled like pet urine, we told them about it next day and front desk guy , was oh sorry but no idea to help. So we went and got rug cleaner from a Walmart about 15 miles away and cleaned the carpet ourselves. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and than on the last day we had an ant invasion and they said it happens sometimes, so we got any spray and took care of that. I’m a comfort suite reward member and have been for over 15 years and this is the worst comfort property I have ever stayed at.

Room was good. Bed was great. Breakfast was very good selections. The room temp was 60 degrees at check-in. Took awhile to get back up to tolerable temperature.

Very accommodating. Very clean. Good breakfast. Highly recommend. We had 2 rooms with two queen beds. Kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool.

Breakfast was your sub par breakfast buffet. Our bed only had a VERY thin fitted sheet no.padding on the mattress. I thought since bed bug issues more was required

This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh biscuits coming and cleaning tables and around the serving line. We would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we go down to French Lick!
