Very nice at front couturier and the room was very nice

The room was very clean and had a lot of space to sit down and eat too. I didn’t have any issues with my stay but I think some people might not like the area because there are some homeless around. They are very easy to avoid though as your room will be very accessible. Try and get a first floor room if you’re worried. They mostly stay in the in n out lot.

The remodeling is nice. This hotel has a retro vibe.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets had blood stains…I don’t think we will stay again unless a discount is offered or extended check out time

Was hesitant about location at first but the quality of the room made up for it. Super clean and has a lot of convenient locations that are walking distance!

No thing Everything

First I wanna acknowledge the staff..the lady at the front desk is amazing…friendly respectful and does her job extremely well…the process was easy and fast. No comment

The bed had bed bugs that bit me all over my body that I didn’t even stay the whole night and just went back to Los Angeles

Price, location, pretty clean. Owners were helpful and always visible walking around the property taking care of it. I appreciated that. They were also helpful, attentive and friendly. I think a door mat would be helpful. I kept tracking debris & leaves in. Door needed extra effort to close tightly, otherwise it would stay slightly open.

Very clean updated and maintained nice and quiet as well helpful staff and fast and easy check in There was nothing to not like everything nice and updated

The smell was really bad.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was beautiful. The area is different than a few years back, that's why we booked this time around here No microwave or mini fridge in the room, we didn't travel with the kids this trip but we usually do and we would not have been able to heat up a baby bottle there. Another trash can by the table would have been nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Sketchy people around property and cops driving around so must be a bad area. A sketchy looking man stood outside my door for over an hour on the phone while I was trying to sleep, I felt unsafe. I called the front desk and then they asked him to quiet down, so he went in his room where I continued to hear him yelling over the phone. Paper thin walls.

I liked it because it was near In-N-Out Called office and they said pool was open all season, but it was closed

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and non helpful. I had to call with numerous complaints about loud music being played after midnight by another guest in a different room. They did not have face towels for guest use. The Receptionist’s Attitude!
