This is probably the worst neighborhood in Fresno It’s old and dated and dirty, in a bad neighborhood

Upon arrival.\nThe first room that we went into the the bed was stained and nasty.\n Had to go back to the office and ask for a different room. Staff was rude and informed me if the next room was not good enough. I could just cancel my reservation. I will not be staying there again.

Very reasonable . Room was good and clean. No odors like mentioned in other reviews. We had a nice stay

Nothing the room was filthy and dirty I didn't even want to sleep in the beds I didn't even think that they washed it and then as well as the office guy rude and disrespectful and we are watching the lady clean which I'm assuming is the wife and that's why the floors weren't done because she didn't have a vacuum she was trying to sweep it up curtains were filthy like food was just left on there nothing was wiped down the toilet was disgusting so I didn't even want to sleep in the bed I didn't sleep there that night Worst experience I've ever had and I have more pictures as well but it was only allowing me to do so many

Price, location This hotel deserves 0 stars. First, there was a very unpleasant odor in both rooms. Even after spraying cologne and perfume to drown out the odor, the stench was very strong to the point that mom went to the car to try and sleep there instead. We went to the office but nobody came to help even after persistent bell ringing to ask to be moved to other rooms. We only managed 2-3 hours of sleep. In the morning, went to the office to make a complaint, the husband/wife owner operators denied that there were unpleasant odors. The husband said that there were never complaints and that the customers were crazy to make such accusations. I asked him, "are you calling me crazy because I am making a complaint? I said I wanted to be refunded because we had such an unpleasant experience due to the odor; it smelled like pesticides. He said no, no refund and insisted if we turned on the AC and after 5 minutes the odor goes away. I told him we did let the AC run a couple hours since shortly after we checked in, we turned on the AC then left to go out. When we came back a couple hours later that was when we noticed just how strong the odor was in both rooms. We even switched rooms with mom and dad since as I mentioned earlier mom went to the car to try and sleep due to the foul smell and dirty bathroom floor in their room. The customers do not care for their customers at all, especially the husband. First, he said there was no odor, then later said that the AC will drown out the smell. Do not go to this hotel, the owners are liars and have no integrity. They refer to their customers as "crazy"!!!

It’s quiet. Don’t let the area fool you that it’s sketchy. It’s a nice place to get some rest. There are cameras so there aren’t any unwanted loiters. Nothing

Nothing Linens was dirty and rooms outdated. Very deprecive location with a lot of homeless. Not save to walking
