My experience at this hotel was not so good

So I still think this is a wonderful stay a great value and I plan to stay again All of my previous ratings for this location have been a 4 star or higher. However I do have one kind of reoccurring issue that this last stay was especially frustrating and I do hope by listing it in the review it will be taken more seriously and maybe make some changes on their current breakfast situation policy…. I have an auto immune disorder that graphicly affects my differant muscles. One of which affects chewing specifically.. But they had posted some policy saying you have to eat the breakfast with all the other guest in their small breakfast room. I had spoken to several of the front desk people and all were very kind and understanding and I have specific permission for me and my wife to get our breakfast and go eat in our room. They have even explained it to the lady who runs the breakfast room that chases people if they try not to eat in there. But this last stay even though she know she chased me for leaving and then got some guy who works there to try to punk me for the same reason. I felt really bullied. I do have a disability and that lady should not be doing that. Maybe have a “no seconds” if you leave the breakfast room. Plenty of people don’t like that situation. But I was offended by her this last time. After 2020 people have social anexiety. I just think that policy needs to be reviewed and that breakfast lady reprimanded for her actions. Thank you..

Was an okay stay. Definitely on the cheaper end, had an okay breakfast and there was WiFi, tv, and clean amenities. I didn’t really like whatever products they used to clean the place. The whole room smell really strong. The bathroom door didn’t lock and the beds were not very comfortable.

Everything worked, no hidden fees and check in and out was easy

Cool small town. In the middle of no where. Options for dinner were adequate. Enjoyed ma and pa restaurant. Cheap and home cooking. Lovely pool and room but no hot water in shower.
-
Very clean and comfortable. Front personnel were very kind. Great location too.

That said, the hotel was clean, quiet and had a beautiful outdoor pool with umbrella tables and lounge chairs. The vending machines were stocked and accepted credit. They have a very helpful list of local eateries at the front desk and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is very conventionally located near Walmart and some food places etc. they are currently remodeling some of the rooms which are looking great. We had one and I was very happy. I didn’t like that the contractor was there working on a Sunday morning. The hotel did offer to switch my room but I was trying to catch up on sleep and I did not want to have to do that. The pool is beautiful and clean and usually no one is in it so very private. The breakfast was good. Many channels on the tv avail. Very happy with the stay

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Conveniently located and options around for a quick fast food bite.
-
decent.
-
Room was dated, carpet was not clean. Bathroom was very dated.
-
The property was very nice and the pool was superb on a 100 degree day! An exterior door was broken which made getting to our room, ice, and the pool challenging, but I'm assuming it was a recent breakage.
-
Stayed overnight only (Sat-Sun). Our room was neat. Hotel was close to stores/fast food restaurants. Three stars cuz the ice vending machines weren’t working. Overall an OK stay for overnight.
-
The rooms were clean above the surface but we did find trash underneath the bed and stains on the chairs and some sheets.
-
Everything was cleaned and all staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
-
Neat and clean
