It was great. Beautiful modern decor, and exceptionally warm service. The location couldn't be better, and the overall atmosphere made our trip so relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

Room was a bit on the small side with 2 double beds. Shower lacked water pressure and was difficult to adjust water temperature. Lacked a lot of clothing space

We stay here all the time. Excellent property in Frisco.

Parking

Overall beautiful property in a great location. Not great for families but would definitely stay again for work travel.

We did not use the in-room amenities because the items seemed excessively overpriced. Some staff members were not attentive to details. Chris, who provided the valet service, was excellent and had a wealth of knowledge. More of your staff should train with him, as Chris knows how to greet and treat customers!

Clean nice and comfortable

My stay was beyond amazing

It's one of the nicer places everyone was wonderful. The room was wonderful however, parking wasn't free. Which was ridiculous when they had a parking lot right across the street valet parking, but no ability to park yourself. That part was stupid.

Perfect get away and handle business. Staff is friendly and rooms is beautiful. Definitely will be back.

The hotel was amazing and the valet team members were top notch!

Loved valet services, check in was a breeze and valet was awesome! Housekeeping was awesome too! I attempted to get service at the bar associated with the hotel on a nightbwhere it was 4 people total at the bar. The bartender asked if I was ready to order I told him my drink of choice and he disappeared. By the time he came back another bartender was serving a man at their walk up bar. The bartender I had went to help the other bartender serve 1 man 1 drink, they were literally debating over whether his cocktail needed a orange or lime slice. I got up and left and did not return during my stay. That is a training flaw if I have ever seen it in real time.

Hotel was close to attractions and staff was excellent.

We were only there for one night, but the surrounding area is amazing, especially the park across the street. So much to do. That room was fantastic, as well. We couldn't stay longer.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Across from a beautiful park, great for kids. Wonderful amenities.
