Clean and nice size room!

The property looks fairly new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was in a great location near a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and courteous. We will definitely and recommended staying here again.

Cons - $32 valet parking per day . Pool is not on site but an easy walk next door . Overall would definitely book again

The air conditioning gave problems. Would not go under 71 degrees.

There was blood on the sheets and it took them 4 hours to come and change them. We had to go to the front counter to remind them to come and change the sheets. Very dissatisfied as an avid canopy stay resident.

The restaurant staff also seemed understaffed. Service was very slow, both at breakfast and dinner, and we had to wait quite a long time to be served. Overall, the parking policy and slow restaurant service made the experience less enjoyable.

The parking situation is terrible. When I tried ribgetvoutvof the parking garage I had to wait there until staff came to help... 15 min. I then had to park a half mike away to avoid the garage. When I went to take a shower... the body soap was completely empty. I used the shampoo on my body.
