Eww I rather sleep in my car. It looks like a toddler painted the walls in this building.

Breakfast was okay, not very great. Room was clean.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location and the staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The property was going down with overall maintenance which was very apparent! Cleanliness, plumbing and air conditioning seemed to be a great concern.

I never stayed in this hotel on behalf of booking.com when I arrived they told me that the payment had declined that I could not stay I had to pay out of my pocket, I have tried by all means to communicate and there is no way maybe this way they can give me attention

I liked that it was clean The wifi in the fifth floor didn't work but it did downstairs.

The breakfast was very good and attended to very well Very scetchy toilet water was turned off had to have them turn it on when we arrived, pool cloudy either to much chlorine or just chemicals broken things through out look like the did a rush job of fixing hotel paint on things like they did not use tape or actually cared about appearance of inside, trash in parking lot long bushes and front entrance just not what you expected for paying 150 a night

The comfort

WE HAD NO TOWELS NO KLEENEX NO TOILET PAPER BLINDS WERE BROKEN AND THIS WAS A HANDI-CAP ROOM.

Desperately needs updating. Dead/dying bugs on bathroom floor. No hooks or racks to hang up towels in bathroom. They were torn off the wall and back of door. No coffee maker in room. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very low quality and flat. AC worked well.

The location was great. It was near many things to do. Kids loved the pool. Pool furniture several pieces broke or severely damaged and left out in place of removing from the area. Numbers on buttons for elevator were gone. Side door with gaps can easily be broken into. Breakfast was great. Staff in dining room friendly. Room was clean, carpet showing age.

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the lady from the morning breakfast with blonde hair was a little bit rude. We would ask her questions and she kinda was ignoring us. I speak both Spanish and English so I thought she only speak Spanish or only English and she still ignore me when I ask her with the both languages.

The room I initially had was not the best and not the cleanest. I had an issue with the tub not being clean and no towels in the room. I asked for a different room after two large bugs crawled across the floor.
