Holiday Inn Express Frisco Legacy Park Area by IHG

The whole building was hot even the elevators. The only good thing was cold AC in room, but the rooms had mold on ceiling. It looked like the paint was falling off toilets was leaking at the base. The shower will leak all night long. I don’t recommend no one to stay there it needs serious upgrades not worth money. And the person at front desk was never there you had to always ring the bell or good looking for him. It’s ridiculous. The side doors to the building will not open with the key card. The excuse was they need to be upgraded. It’s supposed to be saved, but all the time the door was crack open so people could go in there through the side doors at night time.

I didn’t like the rooms the where mold n mildew

Don’t book. The facility is not clean, no WiFi and the pool area was unkept. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel was hit and the room amenities are outdated.

They’re updating location however floor carpet was wet my socks were wet just icky and sheets stained. Was offered another room but was just ready to check out.

The bath tub was too bad. It was not clean at all. And the toilet flush was not working properly. Overall had a real bad experience.

It was a good cheap place mostly clean and nice and quiet average breakfast with lots of options bed was comfortable and a crib was available for my child over all good place to stay on a budget

Door frame was loose, took pics to make sure we weren’t held liable. Only 2 towels there; 4 were listed in our reservation. Staff was helpful when we did need to check in an hour early, after I had to go search for someone, since no one was at the front desk.

The carpet area surrounding the a/c was soaking wet. A dead roach near the chair by the a/c unit and mold in the bathroom. I informed the manager on duty and was provided another room. In that room, the ceiling over the bed was half patched over with an open hole that looks as if another leak had occurred recently. When checking out early the next morning, there was a dead roach in the checkout lobby, do these people not see these roaches or perhaps the roaches are considered a pet and not a pest. When was the last time the hotel was inspected by the health department? If I had not been so tired and exhausted from driving for 15 hours, I would have gone to another hotel. Please be concerned for the health of your customers.

Our first room had a door that would not lock so you could walk in without a key. The second room had dirty bedding. The third room had a wet carpet by the air conditioner. I do not recommend.

Tv in room was not working. I asked about the WiFi and it was not working.

On Saturday, we lost water, completely. Television channels are limited, my room had someone's false eyelashes on the air-conditioning unit, no shower curtain liner, so .y first shower, I flooded my bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful.

Needs updating Hotel staff

The halls were extremely hot as well as the elevator. Lobby wasn't much cooler. In the rooms you could regulate your temperature.

The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good.
