Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco

Great stay, clean room, big enough for our family. Breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights! The made-to-order omelet station was amazing, and there was a great variety of hot and cold options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, our stay was a 10/10. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and had such a great time together. I would absolutely recommend Hyatt House to anyone looking for a family-friendly hotel, whether you’re traveling or just looking for a fun staycation. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here in July for a week. Stay was very nice and comfortable, the staff was very helpful. Andrew, Raj and Gracie went above to help.

The restroom has mold and paint peeling from ceiling in shower. They need to keep up with the cleaning better. Otherwise good stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful 😀 Shout out to (Essance) will stay here again if in the area...

AC did not work. 80 degrees in the room and facility would not fix unit, swap room or reimburse for the stay

The stay was good only thing. I was not advised parking would be extra and also the pool is indoor and the floor stays wet so you have to be safe walking in the hallway and elevator

Very clean, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff, and an awesome breakfast.

Beautiful hotel

Went there for one night with a big group, loved the late checkout at 12. Essence was very kind and even brought out door dash to our room.

Now checking in at 3pm did not happen. First we got there 30mins after but for what ever reason, we were never told, the room was not ready and we were being stalled with the lady saying 10mins multiple times and we didn't get our room key until after 6pm smh. That is why I didn't rate all stars for this reason. I NEVER waited that long before at any hotel to get the room key only to be told its being cleaned, my question is what was really wrong but we stayed and it seemed all good.

Everything from the staff to breakfast and everything else was great

Usave robbed me with 800 Canadian dollar bill as I booked from 178 Canadian dollar. I added toll pass and insurance for 200 dollar but total comes a lot. That is unacceptable, as that time I couldn't find anywhere to go to book other car. I won't rent a car again through Expedia if it doesn't get resolved

Cuarto super limpido, el desayuno super bien habia alguien haciendo omelet de huevo a tu gusto eso le dio un plus al desayuno y la salsa de tomate riquisimo, en general le doy un 100 💯 al hotel, super recomendable.
