Does not feel like managed by Hilton.
-
How nice and clean and everything was in the area. We will be back.

Below average. The room was not serviced one of the 4 days we stayed at the hotel. Also, an emergency alarm went off causing evacuations. Fortunately it was a false alarm.

Recommended! Service is top notch
-
The staff was amazing and let us have more than two drinks at happy hour

It is the second time we have stayed there, and we love the location, the breakfast, the staff is very friendly, but they should improve the door locks, because they don't get lock.

Beds are old and soft.

Restaurant staff was not good. Talked too much and not quick service. Breakfast staff front lady very rude and quickly pulled breakfast at closing and not letting grab final items.

We stayed for 1 night but never again!!!The hotel itself was good. The issues we encountered where that a staff member went into our room about an hour after we checked in. He opened the door saying " I'm sorry, I thought there was no one here". That to me was very unprofessional and creepy at the same time!!! The other issue was that housekeeping came knocking at our door at 8:30 am (or a few minutes before) when check out is at 11 am.

The bathroom door squeaks. The room had a bad odor. The tv in the bedroom area did not work and there were no instructions on how to call the front desk. I tried dialing zero but that didn’t work.

When we checked in we were not told the water would be turned off the next day 10-3 but we saw it on a sign. We had planned on staying at the hotel some that day since we were staying 2 nights. Decided we would make the best of it. Water wasn’t turned on until 5:30. We really believed we should be comped a night stay.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was actually really good with an omelette station

Typical embassy with all of the typical embassy amenities. But, the room we were in had such a moldy, musty smell it took your breath away and we all woke up with headaches the next morning. Also, went down for breakfast, finished eating and went up for coffee and the coffee gets shut off at 9am sharp. Asked if there was anywhere to get coffee since even model 6 has free coffee and was pointed to buy coffee at Starbucks. But, the breakfast was good and the pool was nice. Also a great view of the Roughriders stadium from our window. I just wish the mold would be gotten under control and they had basic amenities like free morning coffee.
