Clean room | Staff | Breakfast | Air conditioning was great

This is one of the worst places where i stayed. They are misusing the name of Hilton. The staff who was there for check-in and check-out were rude. Look for other better hotels nearby.

Good
-
Cleanliness Great value Walls are thin, can hear every door close, water being turned on etc
-
Where do I start, the staff was horrible, breakfast was a nightmare, elevators were questionable, and no hot water i think the pool water was warmer then what came out of the showers. I will never stay at a tru branch.
-
The hot water was very limited and never got above warm. Everything else was fine.
-
Everything was good. Didn’t like that i had to leave from 4th floor and go all way to first just to use the microwave instead of one being in the rooms

For the most part it was clean I did not like how unavailable the staff was. My daughters went down to purchase a snack and some water and waited for over 20 minutes before just putting the stuff back and coming up to the room. On their way back up they saw the employees outside sitting down laughing amongst each other. Within these 20 minutes I called the front desk several times with no response. In the morning when we came down for coffee and continental breakfast they had no coffee so I kindly asked the front desk and got an employee who was obviously annoyed by my question.

Housekeeping never showed up unless I called and specifically asked. Breakfast is just absolutely terrible. Rooms aren’t clean at all!!!! This is a rip off!
-
The most comfortable bed ever!!! The bathroom essentials were great. The soap smelled soo good. A/C was super cold!!! Will definitely be back when we go to Universal Kids Resort.
-
The place is nice but the beds need to be replaced.
-
Clean space. Comfortable beds

Breakfast was very basic. Would not recommend breakfast here. The rooms are a bit small. Did not like the hardwood floors. On the second day while it rained, the rain seeped through the lobby and staff had to place buckets in the lobby. The internet went out during the second night. The shower sucked! It never got hot. You had to turn the water on for a long time and then it would get warm. When we called and informed the front desk they said they would reset the breaker, there was no difference. We will not be staying with this hotel again.

Close to mall Bathroom faucet was broken
-
Muy room was not ready at check in time

Nothing although the location is good there are better options right near by Run down, gross, stinks like mold and marajuana, staff unhelpful, management unresponsive, I can’t believe they can run this hotel under this name. I count on name brands to know I’m not gonna end up in a situation like this.

The room was clean and the staff was super nice but the water was like warm at best in the shower. It made showering uncomfortable. It was only a two night stay so we did not ask to change rooms but it was definitely not a great experience at the end of a long day.
-
Great stay. Nice, clean and right across from the mall.
-
Check in was pretty easy and straightforward, it was quiet during the night, breakfast was good. Had a good experience, would stay there again if in the area.
-
My stay was very good for the convenience. The only problem was that the mini-fridge in my room did not work. I told the front desk person.
