As a visiting family we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and accessible along with friendly staff members. We love the accommodation for our pets. Will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10.

We had a problem with the shower. So we needed to move to another room. The new room was OK.

Nice, clean and new property. Very modern and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We didn't make it to breakfast so can't write about it. Good location as well. Thank you.

I was disappointed with the breakfast service during my 3-night stay. Every morning by around 8:30 a.m., several items were already gone, including eggs, bread, yogurt parfaits, and on one day even the pancake batter. I had to repeatedly ask the staff to refill the food, as there was no consistent monitoring of the breakfast area. The front desk advised they would notify the kitchen, but it was frustrating to have to request basic breakfast items every morning instead of them being proactively replenished.

This is one of the worst places where i stayed. They are misusing the name of Hilton. The staff who was there for check-in and check-out were rude. Look for other better hotels nearby.

Where do I start, the staff was horrible, breakfast was a nightmare, elevators were questionable, and no hot water i think the pool water was warmer then what came out of the showers. I will never stay at a tru branch.

The hot water was very limited and never got above warm. Everything else was fine.

Everything was good. Didn’t like that i had to leave from 4th floor and go all way to first just to use the microwave instead of one being in the rooms

Housekeeping never showed up unless I called and specifically asked. Breakfast is just absolutely terrible. Rooms aren’t clean at all!!!! This is a rip off!
