Great stay. Room was clean and staff was helpful when needing sheets and towels. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying again.

The room wasn’t clean. Blood everywhere in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was truly enjoyable. The staff's kindness and dedication stood out, especially seeing management actively supporting them. We genuinely appreciated the warm atmosphere and look forward to returning.

Excellent service and clean room

The breakfast was okay, but not as good as what I’ve experienced at other hotels. We also had issues with the shower in our room. The shower wasn’t working properly so the pressure was low, and the water wasn’t draining like it should, which made showering not the best. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but these issues definitely took away from the experience. With a few improvements, especially with the hallway AC and room maintenance, it could be a much better stay.

Staff was excellent. The pool as advertised by Expedia was nothing like the pool at the hotel. The hotel website had the pool picture correct, but I was looking at Expedia. Expedia showed an image on their website that was very inaccurate. We chose this hotel because of the pool. I will not trust Expedia in the future. Nice hotel but Expedia deceived us.

Everything good except no lights in primary bedroom. The couch in suite had no linens in room even though reservations were for three adults. The staff was excellent though and the breakfast every morning was great.

Reasonably priced and good location.

Room was exceptionally clean. Only complaint I have was the toilet tissue holder was broken and seemed like the ceiling in the bathroom needed painting. Otherwise the linens were clean, bed was comfy, AC blew very cold air, lobby was clean, outside was clean. I will be staying here again.

The property is clean and well-kept. There is a dog park and they are pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. Everyone on staff I came in contact with were nice and helpful at every encounter. The beds were comfortable and the room was adequate for an extended stay.

Good place to stay in breakfast need some improvement but overall it’s 👍
