Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park

While we were out shopping, housekeeping made our bed, provided fresh towels, and restocked the coffee. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Parking was not free, but it was not a big deal for us. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel, especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly staff

I called before I arrived to add my stay to my Hilton account and the desk clerk who answered the phone was very rude.

The only downside was having to pay for parking.

Great place for solo traveling

This is a very clean, excellently located Hotel... close to a variety of shops and very good restaurants. We didn't have Breakfast at the hotel though... I would definitely stay again when coming to Frisco.

What I wasn’t really satisfied with cleaning services, I stayed there for three nights four days, they didn’t dispose the garbage, no water was refilled and the same glasses that we were using the night before was still there. My husband had spilled a few drops of a drink on the living room table. I wiped it out and told him that not too worried, they the next day it would be cleaned unfortunately, it wasn’t. Besides that we really had a good time.

The bed was comfortable The AC kept turning off at night, making the room super hot. They only cleaned the first night. It was really hard to get towels, even after calling twice. The pictures made it look bigger and more spacious. No early check-in or late checkout. The view was terrible, and they wouldn't let us change rooms. So many hidden fees and charges, plus parking fees. No breakfast included.

Clean room

Great hotel

Toilet would not flush. Maintenance had to come change the ball valve. Room would not cool. Had to move rooms at 2:00 am.

Bar and the staff were great
