There were many challenges with my room and the rooms of family members. My thermostat broke immediately upon trying to change the temperature, the shower head only half worked. My mom's room had a broken fridge. My mom's room was entered by another family of guests who were given her key. That is entirely unacceptable. Housekeeping did not come to our room from when we checked in on Friday until we spoke to the front desk on Monday. When they did come, our "clean" bedsheets had a stain. There was a dead roach on the pool deck and drinking straws floating in the pool water. We ordered champagne to the room, and it did not come for two hours and three reminder calls. We ordered champagne flutes and they were left on the floor outside of the room with no tray, just on the carpet. The staff were generally unhelpful and appeared annoyed by any request. One front desk staff was lovely (a man with glasses and dark blonde hair) but everyone else appeared bored or irritable. The helpful front desk worker did resolve our issue with housekeeping, and we were given a free Starbucks drink which was a decent touch. Overall this was not an experience worth the money.

The breakfast for the price of the buffet, I would recommend adding more to the menu. And during the weekend, I would have at least two more staff members for the restaurant for the morning shift. There really is no excuse to overwork your people, I saw it personally Friday and I checked out Sunday. What I didn’t like was the toilet, the loud sound of the toilet flushing that lasted awhile each flush. Although the door was closed I still heard the noise. I had a semi balcony and it didn’t appear that the windows were cleaned in a while.

Clean. Staff was so nice. Pool was a cherry on top. Close to so many attractions. Next time I will bring a fan as it was too quiet in the room ..that's my only complaint!

Pool was warm and not refreshing. The water slide wasn't strong enough to slide down. That the bar closed early didn't stay open at night

The rooms were cozy. I like the pool towels were available after getting out of pool. Pool was warm and not refreshing. The water slide wasn't strong enough to slide down. That the bar closed early didn't stay open at night
