Exceptional stay

For the price, the hotel was good. The only issues were the lack of morning breakfast and the quality of the coffee. The coffee was not to our taste. Other than that, the hotel was good.

The room was clean enough overall, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was quiet at night, so we slept well. There appeared to be some long-term residents staying at the property, but they didn't bother us at all. My only real complaint is that housekeeping could be a little more thorough. There was some dust on the lamps and areas like behind the chairs that had been missed. Nothing major, but enough to notice. Overall, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night before exploring Shenandoah, I'd stay here again.

There’s a great value in the price and it’s pet friendly. The staff are wonderful and the motel is quite kept up since it has been renovated in the last five years. The only drawback is it still got the 1980s bathrooms one piece fiberglass tub that are worse for where and at my age if that’s a dangerous situation getting in the out of that tub with no handholds or no grab bars just a little plastic ride going across. It’s a nice place to stay for the price and it’s a good value. The property has been renovated the motel, but the bathroom needs to be renovated. Still has the old fiberglass one piece tubs kind of scary when you’re older. Nothing really hold onto. Would like to see walk-in showers with fold down bench

I felt safe. The property is well lit. however, the bathrooms are a bit dated with the one piece, fiberglass tub, and shower combo, it would be nice to have a walk-in shower for us more seasoned traveler(retirees).

Very comfortable stay

The front lot was well lit and close to the door for bringing in your stuff. There is a really cute water feature with several koi fish as you walk in . Our room was clean and stocked for the nights stay. The service was friendly and our stay quiet and pleasant. The carpet could use updated and that would be the only thing i would suggest Other than that 2 big thumbs up!! 👍👍

Front Royal is just an enjoyable and nice peaceful place to visit and stay

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and most helpful parked with ease and most of all I could bring my pets.

Since I have an extended stay here due to my house being worked on the staff are excellent, friendly, helpful, courteous, and thank God they let me have my pet. I would recommend this motel as a stay in Front Royal to anyone that’s asking. It’s a blessing that there are this type of hospitality folks still left on our earth.

Everything was fine room was clean. My day was enjoyable.

The girl at the desk when I checked in was great but the guy when I checked out acted like I was bothering him. The room wasn’t very clean to the point where I had my shoes on the whole time. I used wipes to clean the bathroom down before I used it and I needed a lot and they were very gross when I put them in the trash. Towels smelled like they used way too much bleach to clean them.

great motel! our room was big and very clean, and the lobby areas seemed nice. lots of outdoor tables and a koi pond too

The coffee was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a musty, stale smell, possibly old cigarette smoke. The mini-fridge did not have a separate freezer so nothing would stay frozen. The "ground floor room" still required 8 steps up to get to.
