Comfort Inn & Suites Fruita - Grand Junction

Owner Patel refused to offer a refund well in advance of the rental after a booking error so I stayed there anyway. Lobby had bad odor. There was a candy wrapper under the chair in the room. There was some debris floating in the toilet bowl. Overall the common areas were worn and not clean.

The toilet wouldn't flush without constantly having to pull the lid off and fixing the handle chain inside the top bowl,shower only worked halfway the tub spout wouldn't close all the way so shower was only at half pressure, towels were stained

This was an older hotel the rooms were good with good beds. The rooms were small there was not much room to place your suitcases.

Breakfast was good

Pet friendly Room was beat up. Paint on the chair, base boards and paint job was horrid, ac was lame

Pretty good for one night. Good price and overall value. Close to some good restaurants. Overall a good pass through hotel.

Staff was friendly. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

We were visiting family in Fruita. This property worked well for us.

Excellent location, convenient to restaurants and I70. We were able to check in early with a very helpful employee. But....the TV remote would not turn the TV off. Contacted the desk who said to try the control on the back of the TV, that worked, but! The free wifi would not load programs so I ended up using my phone hot spot. And, though there were towels under the wash basin, there were none in the shower/tub/toilet room nor was there a waste can in that room. Minor annoyances that kept this from a better review.

All over great for people and dogs!

The staff were friendly / great location for our needs and good value. If there was one thing I would say was their conditioner bottle (like most places they are refillable ones now in the bathrooms) had nothing in it and the lotion one was low. But when I asked the gal was surprised I was even using the stuff - she said really most people use their own!! I guess I just use whatever! But we enjoyed our stay.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable , the alarm in the next room that was unoccupied was going off at 3:00 in the morning . Don’t they check this when cleaning ?

Quick easy to find, check in, staff very pleasant. Didn't use many amenities, but appreciated them being there.

Angel at the front desk kept our room - glad to know as I 70 had flooded. Great bed. We slept well !

I like the location.

The hotel seemed a little run down. I thought it was a lot older than it was. It was clean, don't get me wrong. It was just looked out dated.

This place was a great one night stayover... clean, convenient and safe.... I would definitely stay here again as the price was super competitive and the place could not have been nicer. My only complaint was that I stayed in room 114 which was right across from Housekeeping and it was BANGIN at 5:30 in the morning. Other than that, a great place to stay
