I understand the phrase “you get what you pay for”. First morning, call from unknown person, second morning a knock woke us, third morning, lawn blower outside our door. Also, dirty toliet and bathroom sink. They did clean it when notified. The smell in the room was of mildew.

The room was cheap, but dirty. There were roaches on the floor that were dead. The mini fridge and microwave the room offered was dirty like it hadn’t been wiped down before. The towels were supposed to be white and some were but the others had a brown color stained on them. The staff was friendly but the room stinks they say it’s a non smoking room but the ac had tobacco all over it. And the ac didn’t really work either. The room is okay if you can’t find any other hotel. But definitely wouldn’t be my top choice again. The pictures online don’t look anything like it.

Room was clean, nice and cold. One of our rooms A/C unit went out, and they worked and acted fast to move our group to the another room. Wonderful people around us, nice property. I love how they treated us and we love joking with the ladies up front. To the Man I think he is the big boss, cool dude and thanks again for everything. Felt like we were at home.

The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Id stay here again when I'm in the area. Best possible place to stay with a great price.

I liked the front desk staff and most of the housekeepers were very nice. The pool and location of the hotel was great! The price was fantastic. The room was bug free. The room floors were pretty disgusting, the toilet didn’t flush great and the doorknob was about to fall off. There was one gray headed man that was laundry guy or maintenance that was a prick. He was hateful and not friendly at all.

The price It could have been cleaner. We wish there was a hair dryer because we’re used to all hotels having them so we were without.

Great location! Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The air conditioner was great! Not clean at all. The floor especially was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Toilet didn’t flush well. Lots of rust in several places and we wore flip flops in the shower so the peeling paint on the tub wouldn’t cut our feet.

For the price it was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There were long hairs from the previous occupants still on the bed and in the bathroom/shower.

Do not walk on the floor longer than 10 minutes or your feet will be black so walk with shoes or something bed was clean bathtub was in horrible condition otherwise everything else was fine except at 3am hotel staff asked if we needed towels?

One staff member was helpful and the other was just there collecting a paycheck, both rooms I had been given were dirty, hair in the drain, trash in the room.

There wasn't any TV channels to watch other than free channels. There was only, 2 c H angels to wazch.

The bed was okay. Big roaches, big spiders, bath tub pealing, electrical issues, dont recommend unless in a bind like I was.

Location was good and close to things to do , short drive to Destin. Some of the staff could’ve been kinder and more helpful , the room was not clean completely when we arrived ( hair stuck on walls of shower ) and we couldn’t get housekeeping to come to our room after waiting all morning for them to bring new sheets on or third day there . One staff member was nice enough to just hand us the sheets to remake the bed ourselves, along with a broom and cleaning supplies. My fiance and I ended up doing it and even asking about a stay over policy my fiancé was told that isn’t a thing . 11:30 was the latest , check out is at 11. Come to find out from a very lovely young lady at the front desk that late check out was available as she informed a guest checking in of it as we were checking out . When asked she apologized for the previous staff member and the lack of attention to things . If you plan on staying short term and aren’t picky this is for you .
