The staff and the room was very nice. My only issues were that it was very hot and stuffy in the hallways. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Passing through for a night and needed a safe and clean place to stay these folks were friendly and welcomed us in our pets will definitely be back if we stop in the area

Staff was great. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. Just one issue: no ventilation in the bathroom plus a leak from the tub faucet made the bathroom floor damp. Quick toweling solved it. I would stay here again for sure.

Very nice breakfast. Room. 109. Window leaks a lot (it stormed out). Water cam in from the storm. On the windowsill and floor. Needs to be fixed

This is the second time this year that I stay in this hotel and the truth is that I like it more and more, its employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the business, very clean and with spacious rooms, it offers a pretty good and healthy breakfast. I will always recommend it. If you are a fan of Casinos this is the deal is real close to the WinStar.

It was clean and very spacious. Had trouble going in the hotel from the pool area. Door would not open using key card. I had to use the front entrance to re- enter.

It rained for about 2 hours, and in the restaurant/cafeteria the water was leaking and running all over the floor without any warning or safety signs, which was very dangerous for guests. The service from the staff member who attended us was very poor. We reserved 4 rooms and spent around $700 at the restaurant for dinner alone. To make things worse, one of the rooms had no working air conditioning, and they were not able to move us to another room until 10:00 PM. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience considering the amount of money we spent and the level of service we expected.
