Older building and rooms. Bed was ok, shower was ok, everything was just OK. Food at restaurant was not very good. No flavor walleye, burnt tasting large pretzel, flavorless omelets, burnt english muffins. Pool and hot tub were very dirty. Over priced for what you get, room and food.

Clean room but a bit outdated

We loved all the activities and the views. Highly recommend visiting for the amenities. The place was very clean and very affordable. Only thing I wish they do is update the rooms. It is very dated even having some brighter colors to help brighten the room would be helpful.

Our server we had at breakfast on Saturday 8/8 does not enjoy her job...we had to ask for many things due to her not bringing them to the table

Outdated but in the loveliest way. The pool was warm and had a perfect view. We felt disconnected from our day to day life here. We can’t wait to come back.

Although I was there in the summer I feel it is much more a winter destination. Had dinner in the restaurant three night and the food was excellent.

Very clean and maintained. Pool and hot tub were exceptional and Alpine slide is a must!

It's not fancy but any means. It's an older property. There's nothing really around you so you have to either eat on property or go somewhere else. But the food on property is pretty poor but expensive. The food is so bad that it ruins your day.

The amenities are very nice. The outdoor view is beautiful, and the restaurant is very accommodating with the beautiful view.

Beautiful views A little outdated

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food was ok, and the drinks were average. If it hadn't been so hot, we would have gone into town for dinner and breakfast. But our servers were excellent and very attentive. It would have been great if the rooms had USB ports to charge battery packs.

Loved the pool and slide, place was clean and very comfortable. We were surprised there were no elevators. Would go back again

The room wasn't the best and the staff sounds very rude.

The property is clean and beautiful

The location is amazing. The views were so beautiful. We really enjoyed the boat tour they offer on weekends and the chair lift rides. The alpine slide was also a lot of fun, but one of our kids got hurt; sled ran off track and she got road rash on her shoulder, elbow and knee. The kids loved the pool, of course. The property is very quiet even though there were large groups and events happening. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Because of the location, there is little to no cell phone service and the wifi is not capable of handling a lot of traffic. That was a challenge to work with since the majority of our activities during our stay was off property. So looking up times, locations, etc was difficult. Our room also did not have shampoo or conditioner. The bottles were not refilled prior to our stay. We had dinner at their restaurant, The Summit. We waited more than an hour to get our food. Our waitress disappeared during that time, then tried giving us multiple different excuses for the lack of service. We had to ask another staff member about the status of our order because people that were sat after us were served before us, and our waitress was no where to be found.
