Loved it
-
Rooms very clean
-
Beautiful view , clean place. Outdoor activities they offered is a plus.
-
It was all good. No complaints.
-
We had a wonderful stay and my daughter enjoyed all the activities! Rooms were clean and all amenities were good. Only issue was the pool motor broke so we were not able to use it.
-
Property had not elevator and 4 floors. Had to drag all our things up and down. None of the outside activities were functional. Staff made excuses for the slide being closed because they would actually have to dry it after earlier rain. Waste of our time to stay there for one night. Will not do that again.

Everything very clean Some guest were racists to my kids..
-
Didn't like not able to use the deck to sit and look over the scenery. No tea bags in rooms. Loved the outside activities. Great scenery!!!
-
The place is very outdated. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what you were offered. Staff was wonderful, just did not need them
-
Entire property is worn and dilapidated. Room smelled old and musty. Carpeting worn and dirty. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast food was mediocre but staff was excellent.
-
The floor we were on was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful and welcoming. Parking lot view, pillows could be better. Ac unit was so noisy but kept ya cool. Pool was wonderful, hot was was nice. Restaurant was ok, service was so slow.
-
Old, dark, gloomy. Those basement rooms suck. No lifeguard in the swimming pool. Kids just running, jumping and screaming around. Horrible experience.
-
The setting is awesome! Love the semi-remoteness and the views. Could have stayed longer just for that! No elevator. We are senior citizens and prefer being on the top floor due to noise issues but have some difficulty negotiating stairs with luggage.

The location was gorgeous and very family friendly No elevators, with a stroller and small kids is hard to handle
-
Alpine Slide and Soaring Eagle were a lot of fun. Wish the Boston on the Mississippi ran everyday and not just weekends.

Recomiendo este hotel frente al Río Michigan a ojos cerrados. Tiene una de las vistas más hermosas que me he quedado. Su personal completo es muy atento. Me sentí como en casa.

Hotel needs updating

The front desk ladies were very helpful with us making plans for our stay, where to go in town, and how to use the amenities at the resort. It was a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere.
-
Love this area and the resort property is humming with nature. The hotel is alright but we had crickets in our room so it was good that I had earplugs.

Needed elevators.
