N/A was ok couldn't have my ESA with me all because I didn't have a paper.

Clean rooms. Breakfast is very simple. Don't expect too much.
-
- Non functional USB chargers in the room - Poor paint job throughout the hotel - Waffle maker not on and hot to use for breakfast (and didn’t warm up hot enough to cook my waffle after 10+ minutes of dough in the waffle maker) - Container of eggs in the breakfast refrigerator that had putrid, stinky water sitting in the container - No towels left in the pool area to use after swimming - Our room keys expired before we checked out and we had to get new keys

Great stay. Clean and well maintained property.

They have in my opinion subpar bathtub faucets and it was very difficult to get the shower to turn on. Staff was friendly enough, and the property was clean. Did not have enough towels, so we had to get more towels

When we got to our room we had a cockroach crawling through wall in the bathroom. They gave us a new room. Breakfast was ok but not great. Beds were comfy

They only clean your room if you book 3 or more nights. I booked and stayed 4. They never came in to replace or pickup soiled bath towels. They lay on the floor for 4 nights. Never left fresh towels, I had to go ask for them. Bath tub leaked because it needs a valve replaced. No hot water in sink, very little hot water in shower, barely warm enough to get a quick shower. Could not use stopper in tub, so could not get a bath if you want to. The tub, was either stained, or needs a good scrub.

air conditioning wasn't working properly so they immediately switched to another room.

Clean property. Booked a 2 nite stay and had an emergency where the 2nd nite wasn’t needed. Attempted to get a credit for the 2nd nite and was told by the management that they couldn’t do anything about it. Their system wasn’t set up to offer credits. Will never stay here again.

Would love if the pool was heated and workout equipment worked properly
-
Everything else was adequate.
-
Staff seemed under trained. Took a long time to get checked in and out and we where the only guests at the counter. On the other hand I loved the selection on the breakfast!
-
Room was hot, AC didn't work properly, stained linens, freezer frozen, dirty cabinet, shower didn't work fully, no vent in bathroom
-
Room was clean, but no hand soap in the bathroom, went with the Suite and nothing really special about the room, the breakfast was just okay. They had gas station breakfast sandwiches in a warmer, the cups for the orange juice look like a shot glass. I miss the days where you actually got breakfast.

The bathroom ceiling over the shower had mold where water had leaked, perhaps from the bathroom above(?) It looked hastily patched.

Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I wish that hotel rooms had a small table and an outlet on both sides of each bed. It would be helpful for charging phones as well as for books and glasses. The lobby is very small with no amenities. There was a small coffee station and one dispenser had hot water, but I didn’t see any tea or hot chocolate to go with it. A cold water dispenser for filling water bottles would also be nice. The front desk does have bottled water, but thar felt wasteful.
