The bedding and towels were extremely soft, and the room was nice and clean. They have a great breakfast with real waffles, sausage, eggs, and potatoes as well as continental breakfast choices.

I never checked in but the hotel tried to charge me for the entire night. I could have been the 3rd party charging a cancelation fee.

I have stayed at all the hotels in this area and always come back to this hotel. The rooms are always spotless, the staff could not be more professional and helpful, it’s a nice quiet location and they are so consistent. They really strive to make your stay the best that it can be. There’s no reason to stay anywhere else when you’re in the Galesburg area.

I liked it was in a convenient location. I didn't like because the customer assistance couldn't understand me or shall I say I couldn't understand them. We hurt ourselves on the end of the bed. My husband and I I told them about it. They said oh I wouldn't recommend anyone there unless you strictly can't afford a nice room, I don't want to trash them but my experience was not great. It was a nightmare on elm Street. So after two nights of nightmare we went across the parking lot and stayed at a much nicer frontier hotel. May I say the name? Yes Fairfield inn where we became members for early check-in, they charge us $30 for early check-in and question us about our family members as we went room to room visiting each other at the nightmare hotel

Building and rooms were very clean, breakfast was great, and staff was helpful. The only concern I had was the outside doors did not lock. The key cards at door were broken. I think they were in the process of fixing them.
