Hollywood Inn Suites Hotel

Staff were lovely, clean establishment but shared microwave not in room and noisy other guests constantly rearranging the furniture at all hours and stomping up and down the hallway. Not the hotel’s fault but annoying nonetheless

My experience at this hotel was amazing for example the rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful, I loved the air conditioning, but I didn't like the parking because you have to pay for parking which should have been free especially if you have a handicap sticker

Everything was 10/10 staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was perfect and clean. Would def recommend and stay here again in the future.

parking fee is NOT advertised and caught me off guard. I could have stayed at a much better place for the same total price. found cockroach in the bathroom. no chairs and table in the room. hallway gets loud. I requested top floor and didn't get it. the bed and t.v. were good.

Idk this is the most mid hotel ever like not great but not terrible. I had one of the nicer rooms but i wish there were more amenities.

I liked nothing about the property because they cancelled my reservation because I complained about roaches in both rooms I moved to 2 months prior to this reservation. Everything including the staff was to blame about my bad experience. She moved me to another room with the same problem and I had toddlers with me. This happened at 2:34am and this took 30 minutes to come to the same problem.

They took money from me for checking out Maria was very aggressive at 11:30 and already we agreed on that, the worst staff ever and the room was full of mosquitoes

Stayed here two different times. Room 119 and 121. Both had bed bugs and I was bitten. Itching all over my body right now. Avoid at all costs.

Only bad thing is that guest in the upper floor were so loud and cold hear people running and stomping. Sounded like animals were running. Had to place a complaint. Also, i find it very inconvinient that bath room dont have an actual door, but rather a glass slide door. No privacy at all
