Patio Motel

It was my first time in LA I went their to attend a concert I absolutely loved this hotel it was closer to Sofi stadium and staff was so nice especially the room and bathroom was so clean

Room was NOT clean! The room heavily reeked of cigarettes! Even though supposedly it is a "smoke free" property! The pillows and bed is embedded with cigarette smoke that does not come out by only washing the sheets, etc. Not to mention weed smell is everywhere there. The room needs to be wiped down, walls & doors washed including bathroom, floor mopped, new paint, disenfected, etc. The light switches were dirty & disgusting and not all the lights worked. The tv didnt work had to call about that. There was no smoke alarm in the room, it looked like it was ripped out of the ceiling. I did bring all this up to the staff/guy who was on duty/who fixed the tv, & he couldn't give good reasons AND only provided air freshener for the room that did not help and said its bc people smoke when they are not supposed to & dont listen, well then charge those people money incidentials & buy a new matteress pillows paint! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Its a good spot for a quick rest or if your going to sofi.

Yes The bed had made my lower in pain when I woke up

Everything was nice and clean, but the baseboards were dirty all the way around the room

I love this hotel and the staff is always respectful

The staff is great The room we got wasn’t clean and the replacement room bed was super loud creaking just to sit on it

Very nice friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean. Definitely worth the price and stay

I lowkey love this motel. Like the parking is pretty much the other con (free, self parking just a little compact) but the rooms are perfect and big.
