Room was efficient and clean
-
Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Food at Duck Blind was very good and their staff were very engaging and efficient. The grounds and buildings need a lot of work. Was sad to see the outside pool was not operational. The grounds and buildings need some TLC!!
-
Very disappointing. Exterior needed painting and an overall update. Looked like a resort for golfers but not for just an overnight stay.

Clean room. Very old.

The property was on beautiful grounds. The buildings were older but well maintained- just dated. Our room was very clean and comfortable- we had a great night’s sleep! We’d definitely go back!

Otsego Resort has a lovely rustic charm that gives it so much character, while still being clean and well cared for. It may not have the modern feel of a newer resort, but that’s part of what makes it so special. Cozy, charming, and full of personality—we’d happily stay here again

Very good

It was interesting. The stairs to the room were difficult to navigate with luggage. Things were a little threadbare, stones missing near the stairs, paint peeling on exteriors, parking lot in disrepair. The room was fine. See above. Also the filet at dinner in the restaurant was the toughest I have ever had, wonder if it was truly filet. Not worth $50.

Staff leaves at 5 pm. So when my shower did not work in the morning, I was left without. Rooms were old and small, matterress was pretty uncomfortable. The grounds were amazing, staff was friendly. But the place is in some desperate need of some major TLC. The rooms were pleasant enough. Wide open campus, plenty to walk and see. Restaurants closed on Mondays. It was about as safe as you could ever feel. I may give it another try. I am not sure.

The room was very clean.....the TV sucked and the room was very dated. The parking lot was a little haphazard

My stay was short do didn't get to enjoy all the resort offers. Room needed a little maintenance and up keep but was okay. Would come back when time permits to stay longer.
-
I liked the setting. Rooms were clean. Pool was closed ( the pool has been closed for along time). Restaurant was closed. Trees and shrubs were overgrown.

A veritable unique resort. All that wood! Lovely grounds. Nice decor.

Friendly staff, clean room
-
We had great experience, with the bar tender !!! But the room had a hole in carpet ,and the door was peeling. Also the shower didn’t work , had to wash my hair in the sink

Location Parts of the facility needed maintenance
-
everything was fine except the tub didn't drain well.

Cons: Rooms and lounge are starting to get run down. Room was dusty/ dirty with cobwebs and stains. Comforters were lumpy. Pool is closed for the summer. Smell outside from the smoking lounge was aweful. Smoke alarm was torn off the wall in the room. Conditioner dispenser didn’t work in shower.
