Very clean, nicely updated

The property was clean including the pool. The continental breakfast was amazing. The room on the other hand was disgusting. It looked like the hotel room floor hasn't been cleaned in over a month (we got put in a handicapped room which was no big deal.) We had to also hear fire alarm go off and scared me, plus we had to hear a compressor going off every 30 minutes from the ice machine through the wall, which kept my husband up all night long. We talked to the motel management and felt we deserve a refund or atleast a partial refund for our nightly stay there. We feel that they given us this crappy room just because we used the expedia app. (Not sure if that's the real reason but feel since we used a discount app such as Expedia; they give us this unclean room)

The room and the property was a bit worn but very clean. There were no cups to use for water in the room assigned to me. There was a coffee pot but no carrafe for the coffee or a cup to drink the coffee. The coffee in the lobby was fresh.

We arrived late after 8 hours of travel. The young man at the desk (very young man) told us our room was on the 2nd floor. We asked him where the elevator was as we had a heavy cooler and luggage. He stated there is no elevator. This was a problem as it took several trips up the stairs and my wife does not navigate stairs well. This was a major inconvenience at 11:30 at night. My wife was mad at herself for not requesting a first-floor room, however the young man never offered a first-floor room when we explained our situation or even said to us, "I do apologize for the inconvenience, however we do not have any rooms available on the first floor". Instead, all he said was "Park down by the end of the building and you won't have as far to walk". He wasn't rude, just under-trained in customer service. The breakfast offered was basic, but not useful to those of us with dietary restrictions. The room was clean enough, however the mattress snagged very bad in the middle, and my husband had a spring poking him all night. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.

We will plan to stay here the next time we are in the viciinity. We liked the location, quiet, no traffic noise. Our room was clean and stocked. If there was was any suggestions for improvements, it would be additional lighting.

The interior was in the worst shape of any hotel we have ever stayed in. So much needed maintenance, ceiling, shower, floors, beds and walls.

Convenient location

I was in room 107. The toilet seat was completely unattached. The mattress had a big chunk (a hole) missing on one side. It’s hard to believe that a cleaning staff didn’t notice these things

That was a dirty Band-Aid in the pool that we had to clean out and no towels in the pool area.

The original room was not cleaned so we were given a new room. It was a small room it was recently updated but hastily the faucet was not properly attached to the sink and had a hold where it should of covered the sink. The outlet for bathroom was loose on the wall pulling away. The pillows and mattress needed to be replaced. Thermostat on wall did nothing we were able to adjust air on the unit thankfully The staff were friendly. The breakfast was standard hotel things

It is the best value hotel . Staff is friendly and rooms are clean

Good location and comfort bedding

No Chair or table. There was a desk and a desk chair.

The room was clean and fit our needs for a quick night stay traveling. The biggest downfall was the AC in the room...It would kick on only every once and awhile and it was so loud that it sounded like we were next to an airport.

Breakfast was OK. The room was incredibly small. There was black mold on the bathroom walls.

Room was clean. Common areas were clean. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage to go along with the standard bagels and cereal. Good value.

Holes in driveway, evening and morning desk people don't smile or make you feel welcome, your just a number.
