Also, the air only went down to 68 degrees and it was so hot in the room. Oh! The bed was very uncomfortable as well. But it did the job of putting a roof over our head for a couple of nights

Breakfast was not up to par with other Baymonts we had stayed in.

T v didn't work change one out from another room , still didn't work One of the beds was so old , it sagged in the middle

There was pot smell in the hallway of hotel, people drinking late at night in parking lot, breakfast was same everyday, more then likely will not stay there anymore

Quiet, low-key and close to everything, pool is nice but needs to be cleaned more often, more breakfast options would be nice

The location was great. No bed bugs. Staff was nice, but unmotivated to do anything beyond the bare minimum Honestly the breakfast was mediocre at best. Ran out of plates the one day, never had tongs available. And it wasn't replenished throughout the morning. So what they filled at 6am, you were eating nearly 3 hours later. We finally had a microwave available on the third day, there wasn't one available the first 2 days. The eggs were super salty and overcooked. The door handle on the pool bathroom was broken, so that bathroom door couldn't be closed if you wanted back out. We had 3 rooms, thermostat only worked well in 1/3 of rooms. All rooms had something broken in them, if not more things. Trim was broken in my room, a chair broken with a family members room . They didn't offer to correct the problems - only offered to move us away from having rooms that were next to each other. And the cleanliness in the bathrooms was mediocre. The showerhead was leaky and disgusting. Also the tub drain piece looked broken, we didn't attempt to use it though. Another family member reported empty shampoo, eat and they were moldy around them and mold around near the ceiling of her bathroom. Our bathroom counter was broken. And the fridge wouldn't stay cold enough -never thought I would need to bring a thermometer on vacation... Until now. Oh and they seemed bothered that we wanted new towels after 2 days, but didn't offer to take the dirty ones, so they sat wet for 3 days on the floor because there wasn't an extra clothing line to hang them up or a hook for a hand towel. The option was either to hang the hand towel completely out of reach of the small children who washed their hands or put it on the bathroom counter and hope that it didn't fall to the floor which it did most times which meant replacing it...

They was a fowl smell in the building. The only thing good from the breakfast was the bagel. No outside trashes for garbage and pet poop. Toilets didn't flush properly.beds are horrible the TV was so small I couldn't watch anything. Needs to be severely updated.

No elevator

The room was okay - and the breakfast was good. When we entered the hotel from the west entrance there was a foul order that automatically turned me off about the condition of the hotel. The prices are getting too high!!

There were what appeared to be bed bugs and front desk confirmed they have had issues with bed bugs.

Bed was comfortable. Got a great night’s sleep. Man at the front desk checking us in was personable however the women manning the front desk the next morning didn’t even get up out of her chair to greet us when we turned our keys in much less ask us about our stay

My sister had a comforter that was torn in a couple of places. We did notified the front desk when we checked out. Everything else was fine.

We Stayed with my family during the 4th of July, hotel was packed everyone who was staying came in late from watching fireworks. We were awoken by laughing and overly loud talking by housekeeping starting at 730 in the morning. When we went down for breakfast all of the hot food was gone, the staff who was supposed to be keeping up with food was sitting on her phone and not paying attention to anything.

Clean and convenient

No elevator, inn smelled like marijuana, not very clean, rooms show signs of wear.
