Hotel desperately needs to invest in extra pillows especially while offering pull out couches. Apparently they have no pillows to give someone sleeping on a pull out couch. They also need to hire more staff. One poor guy was overwhelmed by people at the front desk and unable to assist with finding pillows for several hours.

The property is run down and needs a face lift. The carpet in the hallway is fraying and uneven in some parts (hard to roll at your luggage). The room is a mishmash of furniture, however clean, but again needing a facelift. The bathroom was the most disappointing. The toilet rocked when getting on and off and was low to the ground, the tub was leaking water and the flooring again was old and rundown. The door to the bathroom was pealing due to humidity. The towels were clean and nice. We traveled for a week staying in different hotels, and this was the least favorite. I hope you update the property because it’s in a great location and you have a wonderful staff wanting to help people.

We have been traveling a little bit over the past year. And this was by far the most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. EVERYTHING worked as it should. Staff was amazingly nice. Would definitely go back if in the area.

Brianna at front desk went above help for us when we had booked the wrong date. She was WONDERFUL! Nothing

A great location to all golf courses and other destinations at very reasonable rates. A long walk from downtown but also an easy drive, just minutes. It was a very clean motel with a pretty good hot breakfast.

Good location Very convenient to what we wanted to do Ice machine didn’t work, refrigerator in our room didn’t work. No fan in bathroom???

We got more towels and washcloths right away when we asked for them . Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Would stay there again.

It was just an overnight stay so we didn't take advantage of the amenities, but the front desk staff was very pleasant & friendly, and the room was very comfortable & clean.

Tv in room needed a universal remote to work but only the front desk has the universal remote so he had to come up and help us. Phone in room didn’t work. No working outlets near the bed and no lights near the beds. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am.

Everything I supposed to be check out at 12 and the HOUSEKEEPING knocking the door at 11 and I say I have the checkout at 12 and they steel knocking my door .
