The door on our room was beat up, could not turn deadbolt, but they had installed two latches. The carpet in the hallway was a mix of old and new. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose. There was a desk chair, but would have been nice if there had been another chair, like an easy chair. When we left, our cooler fell off the curb into parking lot. It landed in a big bunch of cigarette butts. Not sue what happened because the day before there was a special holder for people to put their butts in, right near the exit door.

The pool and hot tub were so much fun especially with kids and husband we had a blast!

I like the staff, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast. Our ice machine was not working on our floor, so that was the only issue I had.

Found Ned bugs in my bed when I woke up. Bites everywhere. Be careful when you are traveling.. you can never know what others drag in. Hotel finds out last. It is a nice place… but I am throwing out all my travel clothes. And I should be ok.

The room was fine. Could hear people walking around in the room above us. The breakfast was decent and presented well. very nice for free! The room was very clean. There is always room for improvement, but our room was very nice. No complaints.

Decent hotel for a 1 night stay but definitely was over priced. Room was clean, shower was disappointing. Unfortunately we weren't able to try out the pool/hot tub but they looked clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing.

We were only there for one night, on our way through Michigan. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was typical, but it wasn't crowded and was well attended by staff.

The shower floor was level with the bathroom floor so water ran into the bathroom causing the floor to be slippery.

Very Friendly staff and clean rooms. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property itself, just the area it’s in is more busy and connected with cars and I’m not really a city person.
