Wi-Fi was hard to use and everything was old

Bathtub 🛀 needs to be replaced.

Very disappointed so much pot smoking in rooms and entry from parking lot. This is No smoking hotel, all the loud running and other guests in hallways, and the e bugs crawling in my room, made me leave a day early forfeiting my 2nd nights fees.

Clean rooms, breakfast was good for what it is. Pool area was pretty nice as well.

The water pressure in the room was awful, took 25+ minutes to fill up the jacuzzi tub just to find out the jets in the tub didn't work. The bathroom door was also uneven so the door was scraping on the floor making it hard to open and close

Everything was fine. This day was fine and the amenities were amazing.

Breakfast area lacked of any protein accept the peantbutter that was rock hard. The bathroom door had a large hole fixed by a rough done puddy fill in. Other than that ok.

The room door was damaged and didn’t close properly. The room itself just didn’t feel clean.

The hotel has a smell like rotten eggs . Our room had the windows in the hall open so it was not to bad however they did not have screens in them . Breakfast was limited and almost all of the tables were dirty. Only positive is the 8ft pool but no towels

Outside certainly needed trash picked up. Bathroom door would not close w/o really putting in effort, ice machine on 2nd floor not working.

The room was extremely low quality and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The sheets had a crusted spot in the area where a guest’s private parts would be, and there was a large chunk of hair under the pillow. There was feces on the side of the toilet, bathroom door, and even the light fixture. The toilet seat was broken, and the entire room smelled like wet dog. The most serious issue was the room door would not properly shut or lock. When I arrived, the door was already open. I entered, shoved it closed, and discovered it would not lock. I immediately went to the front desk for help, but the employee became loud and told me there were no other rooms available. Nothing in the room was cleaned or changed during my entire stay. Because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there, I ultimately slept somewhere else. I was not offered a refund. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels, but this was by far my worst experience. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, security, and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and her costumer service was above average for sure.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. My first room smelled like old socks and the toilet was very much not clean. The second room smelled faintly of cigarettes and the interior security locks were broken. The "fitness room" had two pieces of equipment, one of which had tape on it that read, "broken do not use." I could not get out of there fast enough, and skipped my second, pre-paid, night.

Clean beds, easy access, friendly and courteous staff.

The bed was terrible. It was very hard and lumpy. At one point, I considered sleeping on the floor because at least is was smooth. Would not recommend.

Pool area, breakfast and staff were wonderful! Room was clean Room door sticks and had to be forcefully opened and closed as well as the bathroom door. Carpet in hallway was visibly wet. Room smelled musty.
