The main reason for staying in this hotel, aside from a place to sleep, was for my daughter to get to use pool, but the indoor pool wasnt maintained and was too cold to swim in, well i thought at least theres a hot tub for her, nope, also cold, The room and breakfast were solid, but pool should’ve been usable.

Hot tub was out of service, stains in the room. why do you continue to advertise this if you don't intend to keep it running, seems like we have to call every hotel before to check if there listed amenities are actually available.

During our stay, the swimming pool water was very cold, and the hot tub was out of order. I was disappointed because I chose this hotel specifically to enjoy the hot tub. Their website should be updated to reflect when the hot tub is not functioning, so guests can choose a different hotel with a working hot tub.

The entire hotel smelled like vomit. I have traveled extensively for almost 20 years and it was the worst I have encountered. I'm a little surprised with myself that I didn't leave and go check in elsewhere.

I have used this facility numerous times over the year. Staff is always friendly and rooms are clean. I plan on continuing to use this facility in the future.

Well, the main reason my husband and I booked this location was for the indoor Pool and hot tub. However upon arrival I wasn’t notified that the hot tub wasn’t working. Then my husband and I went to try and get in and warm it up and it wouldn’t work. We had to go ask the front desk and he said there was signs posted that it wasn’t working. There wasn’t anything posted anywhere or online that it wasn’t working. Very disappointed.

The stay was good for what we needed it for. Mattress very comfortable, show head was weak, could have better coffee. But above all not bad.

Great breakfast. Would be better with biscuits Booked cause Holiday Inns have great pools. Wrong , this hotel being updated and for now pool is out of commission. Found out after I paid for room. Texas summers n pools go together
