The cleaning staff came in every day and changed out our towels and etc... the every 3rd day changed lein. How when we first tried to reserve a room, the front desk manager said he didn't know us and refused to give a room. We were in the middle of buying our house, and had to leave our other house, it took 3 times of going back for him to let us stay. Our doors never worked properly, luckily we had 2doors. The pool which was the nicest thing about that place was dirty the whole time we were therefor 3 weeks, the last day we left they were cleaning it. I Think it was done on purpose. And management treated us like we're stupid kids. 63 thank you.

We pulled up to the motel about 2pm, it looked really run down.. We checked in.We immediately left to go visit the Inner Space Cavern. Around 530 pm we returned to the motel . As we went into the room both I and my son were appalled. This is not a motel, it's a flophouse. There were stains on the beds . My son actually asked if we could just sleep in the car. He did not want to stay in this room. I figured it was still early enough that we could make it back to Denton by 9pm if we left right now. I went to the front desk and told the man I am checking out and want a refund. Naturally, he started arguing . So essentially, I feel since we did not use the room, I should get my money back. He even commented " what do you expect for a 2 star motel.?" I promise, I will warn everyone I can to never use this flop- house.. it did not feel safe. That's $84.00 I lost It was filthy, the doors barely locked,it stank, staff was rude AF

It's conveniently set along the I-35W frontage road, which worked for me. It has, however, absolutely seen better days. It's uninviting from the get-go; not only does the clerk operate from behind bulletproof plastic, but he only comes out from the back office if you ring for him. When I went to check out in the morning, he didn't come out at all. The rooms definitely need a coat of paint. They could at least touch up the walls where repairs have obviously been made. The A/C unit worked, but ran loud. The surface of the tub is discolored and scaling in places. The door doesn't close as tightly as it could. The little, plastic-wrapped bars of soap are hard as rock and nearly worthless. The shampoo left my hair dry and brittle. All of that said, the water pressure was fine, the linens were clean, the room itself was clean, the WiFi signal was strong, and the satellite TV worked, So, for the price and my needs of getting some rest at 2 a.m., it was fine. Barely. All of that said, It was com

The rooms were not clean. There was cockroaches. There was food in the microwave. The bed instantly gave me a rash. It was really horrible. I asked Expedia for a reimbursement. Hopefully they give it all to me because we stayed literally three minutes and to stay boyfriend and I had to leave horrible.

Clean room. Efficient air conditioning. Welcoming staff.

Damaged door handle, Low and burnt out lighting. The floors were so filthy, if you walked on them barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. Strange unidentified stains under the covers on the mattress. Trouble getting the door key to work. Broken fire detector wires hanging out. Very limited availability of ice Etc.. Did not feel safe or comfortable. Checked out early and went to another hotel. Will not use this hotel again.

The motel is definitely "low budget" with few amenities and served my purpose of a place to stay while my daughter was in the hospital. The furniture in the room was definitely "tired". I do think they should do a better job cleaning the floor, especially in the bathroom. The Staff was very courteous and never acted like I was inconveniencing them as I asked for ice when I got back to the room after 11PM at night.
