It was disgusting and the have roaches I even put one in a cup and to it to the front desk

I just found a German cockroach in my room. I am disgusted I want to almost puke. I am about to take the picture to the staff. See what they say. Oh my gosh I can’t even think about trying to go to sleep tonight this is disgusting

Easy to get food and close to the city Poor insulation, can hear people next door

Air conditioner wasn't cooling well and had a bucket under it to catch water it was leaking.. The bathroom had mold and bath tub was very slick! The toilet was loose and wobbled all over. The only ice was in the lobby and you had to walk the entire hotel to get a small bucket of ice.

Bed was not comfortable, pictures from internet look better then what it really is - false presentation. Restroom door didn’t close. That there wasn’t any non smoking rooms available.

Nothing Dogs barking at 4 am Monday. Then Tuesday night 4 Mexican guy's were smoking pot and getting drunk playing load music until 1 am. Right outside my door.

There were cockroaches in the room. Staff didn't seem to care when we showed them the video

Location was good. I was traveling alone, so the price was right for the condition of the property. The property needs a refresh. There was no shampoo or a hair dryer.

It was close to attractions. Beds uncomfortable, saw a few bugs, room door was not leveled off, no shampoo/conditioner offered, ice bucket come with top, the room was supposed to be non- smoking but it smelled like smoke.
