Great time during our stay there

General manager was extremely rude and offensive with bringing our dog. Andrea, one of the staff members was really nice and handled the situation professionally and with respect.

Clean room the breakfast young man did a great job. Food was good and well stocked.

The hotel is brand new from the looks and smell! My room on the 1st floor had amazing tall ceilings so it felt very grand and spacious. The staff was amazing and check in was seamless! The front desk attendant both days was super helpful and friendly! The only bummer was that the waffle machine wasn’t working during our stay but aside from that, I highly recommend!

Location was very convenient and close to stores and places to eat. Overall experience was wonderful from rooms to pool. Breakfast in morning was good as well. Felt safe and will be returning with my family again.

Great location and nice staff They advertise a couch bed but there is not one and the bedroom area is HOT while the den area is quite cold.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There are many tasty options for breakfast. The television was missing in the living area of my suite. I also left my phone charger in the bedroom and it was not located and returned to me.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, there were so many choices and was kept well supplied. Also had nice spaces our family could socialize. Very nice.

Overall property was suitable for my needs. However, the front desk lady was extremely rude. Taking calls before waiting on the customers who had been standing there for some time to check in. Prioritizing the person on the phone as someone “famous” and therefore more important.

Staff needs to be aware of how inconsiderate and messy most customers are especially around dining areas. Cleaning up after them more often will foster a better dining experience for everyone else.
