The place was comfortable and clean, and the staff was exceptional. Especially Paige in the early morning! There were 5-15 children age 10-14 running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, tried to open my door at 7am… not great….

Very nice staff. The location is good except for the train that is very close by. Breakfast also ends at 930 which is early for travel.

Easy check-in. Room was clean but smelled musty, moldy and damp. Shower was in the tub which had narrow sloping sides. No safety mat. I had to ask for a mat which the staff had to go buy. No housekeeping during our two day stay. Had to request towels and more coffee supplies. Was told they only service rooms every two days. Will not stay at a Fairfield hotel again because of this policy. I am currently staying in a Holiday Inn and was offered an option of every other day service for a credit of 500 loyalty points if I chose this option.

Location The sink in the bathroom was leaking and the bathroom tub was filthy. When mentioned to management, they said that was the way the tubs were.

Tubs were full of soap scrum and moldy smells. Carpet needs to be replaced, pillows flat. Had to change rooms. Toilet didn’t work properly. Tub was not draining properly.
