Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, nice neighborhood, and friendly staff.

Did not receive the room I booked. The room we received was much smaller than advertised.

Easy parking altho tucked behind another building if coming off poplar vs Poplar pike. Staff were great. Appreciate the free bottled water. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Safe area. Would definitely return. Traveling with family and the 2qn with couch was spacious with 2 TVs

We have stayed at this hotel several times during the past 7 years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness has improved. Breakfast is good. Parking is ample with good lighting. We would have given a 5 star rating except for two things - 1. regular customers should never be given rooms near the elevator/ice machine/road/railway tracks/etc, and 2. the fitness room had no air conditioning. Other than that, we were pleased.

Swimming pool photo looks so good but actually it’s not.

Everything was nice. I would stay again, when traveling in the area.

Would like a refund. I couldn’t use the hot tub as it was broken. The room was loud. People noisy but the worst of all is I have bed bugs. Woke up itchy and hurting.

Like the location, the hotel is OK for the money.

The property was on the lower end of mid-range but the reason for my low score is that it smelled TERRIBLE!! The whole building. Elevator, lobby, room, it was dank. We thought it must be whatever products they’re using because it’s so pungent and omnipresent. It sank into my hair and now my hair stinks, too. It was hard to sleep the smell was so bad. I woke up at 5:30am gagging on it in my nose. Would absolutely not stay here again. Also, we arrived late, after 11pm, and the front desk staff was not explicitly rude, but implicitly. Save your money and go somewhere else, this is not the spot for weary travelers hoping for a warm smile and a comfortable environment. I was glad we checked out at 9am, couldn’t have stayed there another minute. Only giving 3 stars because I’m nicer than the front desk guy.

The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again.

Clean room , but the halls were bang and scratched. Ice machine broke down for one day.

The breakfast could've been better but it was decent. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are so clean and smelled good. The only thing I would complain about is the walls seem thin, my neighbors were walking heavily on the floor and I could hear them until late in the night. Other than that everything was great!

Clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We would stay again when passing through.
