Absolutely stellar experience every time I stay here.

Nice comfortable room and friendly staff. Decor was a bit dated, but it was really nice

Clean and spacious room with cable TV and refrigerator. Hot breakfast!

My overall stay was great. What I didnt like was that I booked through a 3rd party and selected to pay at the property, but was threatened to have my room canceled because of a pre authorization before I made it to the property. I had never had that happen before when selecting to pay for my stay when I arrived. Other than that everything was great.

Breakfast was well stocked and kept current.

Breakfast buffet was fresh and warm. Room was clean.

We enjoyed our stay other than the smallest claustrophobic bathroom and the half shower door that was useless that let shower water drain all over the bathroom floor!!!

The rooms were very clean and updated. It was a busy weekend but the lobby area, breakfast area and pool area were not as clean and nor kept as well as should be with price paid. There was also a mistake with my reservation at my check in. The desk clerk and manager were rude. Instead of apologizing they blamed me for the mistake. I was polite but customer service was sorely lacking. Disappointing!

Room was huge and really clean. Very helpful staff and nice breakfast. I wlll definitely stay again.

Would have been nice except got stuck in elevator for a bit twice. Second time the had to be pried open from staff. Help button didnt work in elevator so had to use cell phone to call front desk. Disturbing part was elevator was broken day I checked in. They opened back up and this happened, however , they did not close down elevator because only manager could do that who was nit scheduled to arrive for a few hours. This should have been a priority to shut down to prevent the disturbing and uncomfortable event again.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was nice and clean. Very good bed, hot shower, and cold AC system. Great stay and would return again. Thank you, thank you very much!!

The staff was wonderful. The location was in a lovely neighborhood. The food area was not available. Although the room was okay, it wasn't as nice as I expected

Clean The staff was rude and hateful to us. One said he was on by himself so no maam, there is no room service when I’m alone…. Was the answers we got or we got ignored. The morning lady just ignored us completely.
