This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was a last minute booking through Expedia. The price was great, less than other hotels in the area. The room was actually a suite. The complimentary breakfast was really good.

Location and rooms are excellent, staff could be a bit more friendly.

Everything was great. I would also like to mention that after leaving the hotel, I realized that I had left an ID in the room. I contacted the manager and he kindly sent the ID to me FedEx. Replacing the ID would have been very complicated for me. Thank you!

Clean and “new” looking. Bathroom shower curtain rod needed attention.

We showed up around 9:40pm. The area felt safe and the front desk attendant was incredible. Spacious room and the breakfast was delicious best we have had so far during our travels .

Breakfast was very well done. Room was terrific other than the video panel not operating, but other than that, a great stay and very classy place.

Comfortable - good location - friendly efficient workers

Most everything ok except for very unpleasant odor in hall leading to room & even more pronounced inside room. Not sure if it was mildew type odor or just what exactly. Kind of a garlicky scent, which never went away over our 3 day stay, we travel to Memphis often to see family, unfortunately we will not stay here again in the future.
