Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Tampa - Gibsonton - Riverview

Staff were awesome; however, the property rooms and grounds need slightly better maintenance.

In general we need a room just for spending the night and was worth it. But the check in was a little messy. We were given the wrong room number. They key didn't work when returning to the front desk they activated the key but do not catch that they provided us an occupied room and when we open the door it was people inside. We apologize and returned to the front desk they said was a mistake and proceeded to give us the new key for the correct room. It was our first time experiencing something like this and we only wanted go and rest so we do not make a big deal about it but was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Location Asked could I extend checkout from 11am to 11:45am Because the driver would arrive late and I was told no by Daphne. She said the system would automatically charge me. Every hotel I have stayed allowed extended check out.

As you first walk into the lobby it's clean, and when you enter into your suite it smells clean and it is clean all around including the bathroom. This is my second time staying at this hotel that I trust everything about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was a must. Very good and nice restaurant close by on a walking distance. A movie theater also in a walking distance. Overall the experience was very nice for the short time spend in that area and met all expectations for what we needed. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling for a short period of time .

The hotel is honestly super old and hasn’t been updated in awhile. My room smelled like cigarettes and mildew and wasn’t very clean. The bed was super hard and felt like paper. However, the girl up front was very kind and totally put up with me, she was so sweet and gladly gave me a refund.

El aire acondicionado hizo ruido toda la noche se pude dormir, y no me iba a cambiar de habitación en la madrugada recoger todas mis cosas así que tuve que aguantarme ese ruido y vibración.
