Home2 Suites By Hilton Riverview Tampa

Could use much better cleaning. I could smell dog or animal in my room in the blankets. I’d pass on this place if I had to choose. I need a great night’s rest and carpet needs to be cleaned or a designated floor possibly some rooms for non pet owners. This place could benefit from better cleaning training. Would I stay again? no way.

The property is close to several restaurants and shops. Very clean and well-maintained. Likely to be the hotel we use when visiting our family in that area.

Everything was lovely and clean i enjoyed my stay in the area

No one to receive you or do check in at 6 pm friday ? Cleaning staff tried to look for front desk guy for 15 minutes. He arrived, no apologies, one word exchanged with the obviously not fit young guy. Towels taken from room but no new ones. In summary, bad services, do not care much.

The room was clean but when we asked for pillows for the guests that were sleeping on the sofa bed the staff said there were non available. One person was without a pillow. I never heard of a hotel that ran out of pillows. That was my only complaint.

Michael checked us in. He was great. Showed us the breakfast room and answered our questions. All the staff were very nice. Hotel clean and was told only a few months old. Nice area with a burger joint, cracker barrel and Walmart down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Riverview Tampa was ideally located, with easy access to major highways such as I-75. The breakfast was exceptional and very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice. I will be booking to stay there again next week!

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were clean and the property is well maintained.

Had a great stay at this location, had mishap in our original room but they gladly helped us get a new room! Great stay

Saturday eve staff

It was nice & clean , good breakfast I didn’t like having to pay extra money upon arrival when I set a payment plan with affirm my card was charged over half due.. I was expecting incidental hold but not more.

Pillows are too soft, and extra towel sets need to be in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay there, I am truly grateful for the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, I did have to wait about 6+ minutes on clean plates to eat at 8am and breakfast hours are not over until 9am.

Overall my experience was amazing
