New hotel, great suites, breakfast with a lot of options. Only downside was housekeeping services. We only received fresh towels 2x during our 4 night stay and beds were never made. There wasn't information about when it how often housekeeping would come so it was a little confusing and disappointing.

No odor. Carpet clean. One area for improvement is the breakfast. It is continental and the choices were few, and cooking method was too basic. Also, quite small outdoor pool area. Otherwise nice property, pleasant and helpful staff, and I would book again.

Hotel smelt like wet dogs, dog urine & hot dog water! The housekeeper on the 4th floor was very rude with me using profanity! The houseman knocked on the room door inappropriately welcoming me with”Aye man!”

The outside of the hotel was exceptionally clean. Inside, the floors in the elevators were always dirty. The floors in my room were dirty and had hair from another visitor behind the trash can. The comforter on the bed was stained. Really gross

The room was spacious and clean, as were the hallways and common areas. The breakfast was quite complete—perfect for starting the day.
